1. Channel-Specific Lifetime Watchtime Levels & Chat Badges

   I'd like to suggest a channel-specific lifetime watchtime leveling system for Twitch that recognizes and rewards viewers for the total amount of time they've spent watching their favorite streamers. The idea is partly inspired by watchtime progression systems on platforms like Kick, but with a particular focus on individual Twitch channels and long-term viewer loyalty.

   Every Twitch viewer would have an individual watchtime level for each channel they watch. Levels would increase based on the total accumulated watchtime in that specific channel. Each level could be represented by a badge displayed next to the viewer's username in that channel's chat. Viewers could choose whether to display their watchtime badge. Progress would be permanent and would not reset after periods of inactivity. Watchtime levels would be earned exclusively through watching streams, regardless of subscriptions, Bits, donations, or other financial contributions.

   One of the most important aspects of this suggestion is the possibility of including historical watchtime. If Twitch still has access to sufficiently accurate historical watchtime data, it would be great if previously accumulated viewing hours could count toward the new leveling system from day one. For example, someone who has already spent hundreds or thousands of hours watching a particular streamer could immediately receive a level reflecting that history instead of having to start from Level 1. This would make the introduction of the feature especially meaningful for long-time community members who have supported their favorite streamers simply by watching over the years. Of course, this would depend on the availability and reliability of Twitch's historical watchtime data.

   This system would not necessarily replace Twitch's existing weekly watch streak badges or similar features. Instead, both systems could complement each other. Weekly watch streaks recognize consistent, regular viewing, while lifetime watchtime levels recognize the total time viewers have spent in a community over months or years. Both represent different aspects of viewer engagement.

   The exact leveling system, required watchtime per level, badge designs, and whether there should be a maximum level or unlimited progression could all be determined by Twitch. The main idea is to provide a visible, long-term progression system that viewers can gradually build up in each individual channel.

   Many Twitch viewers have been part of their favorite communities for years, sometimes accumulating thousands of hours of watchtime. A lifetime watchtime leveling system would give that dedication a visible form of recognition. It could strengthen the connection between viewers and their favorite streamers, encourage long-term community engagement, give viewers a personal sense of progression and achievement, recognize loyal viewers regardless of their financial situation, and make individual channel communities feel even more personal.

   Twitch already has a strong culture of community identity through chat badges, subscriptions, and viewer recognition. A channel-specific lifetime watchtime leveling system could build on that culture by introducing a permanent form of progression based purely on time spent watching.

   The goal is simple: Give long-time viewers a way to see and celebrate the time they've spent being part of their favorite Twitch communities.

I raided a person tonight who I was already following, so at no point did it tell me they we're in this mode. I even checked out their stream live before raiding and no clue they we're in follower only mode.
   Please can streamers have something that pops up and says you are raiding a follower only chat - are you happy to continue" then is our choice to select yes or know and pre-warn our community!

   Raiding to follower only abseloutly killed my community vibe and I know many people didnt want to feel forced to follow (just to post a raid message) so immideiately left, party vibe killed, and fun instantly over.

   Should be a simple fix to help streamers keep the positivity going even after stream.

9. Add a temporary badge from for Affiliate and Partner streamers.

   On my side, I use the VIP badge to signify trusted people. But, I think a temporary customizable badge might be nice.

   For example:
   A Chain Point reward that gives this badge, and this badge has been customized so that the people who have it, have access to some emotes, a PERSONALIZED boost for Chain Points, etc...

    In my opinion, the wink emoticon should be removed from Twitch. It is often used for pick-up lines, by people trying to show off, and by some just to annoy others. I hope others feel the same way and the emoticon will be removed. Thank you.

15. Can you please separate channel badges from affiliate/partner status?

    The recent changes made to the viewer count system are having a seriously bad effect on smaller users. It's not right to mess over 12mil normal users just because a few people were using bots to get into the top 3% partner rank most of us don't actually care about getting. With that in mind please separate ALL badges from affiliate and partner status. Earning the right to allow people to sub to you and it's badge should be an entirely removed matter after the inconvenience of the most recent change took effect. Be it for the sub badge dono badge or any other kind Twitch has deliberately gone out of it's way to stone wall anyone new to the scene to the point the rest of the system needs to be changed as well to restore some sense of the previous normalcy. People working hard to get Partner could still do so regardless of the few cheaters using bots to get fake views as there is no cap on the number of people who can become partner so this change was unreasonably heavy handed. It didn't actually do them any harm in the long run vs them just feeling it unfair they had to work hard and someone else didn't. The level of impact is to skewed. I'd rather pay Twitch $100 to get access to my badges and maybe a separate fee for channel points vs uselessly wasting time on a now broken advancement system. I don't need nor want affiliate. I don't need nor want partner. What I do want is channel functionality and the ability to fully interact with my community even if it is small.

    Not sure I am putting this in the proper place, but figured I would give it a shot. In Dec. 2021 an emote I had been using since 2018 was suddenly determined to be obscene. It was a baby **** emoji ( I will include a link to it), nothing obscene at all. Anyway, now I can not upload Follower Emoted until December 2023 because my instant uploads were denied because of the supposedly obscene emote. I was told there is no appeals process or manual review or anything of that nature. 1. Two years is a very long punishment period, especially for something so small & for someone who has never had any other issues. 2. There needs to be some sort of review process or appeals system in place for things such as this.     Please take this as feedback for Twitch: to make it accessible to revoke anyone's 1st Badge, regardless of being subbed at that time or having recurring subbers.

    I have a great community of people however I've sent private messages to some of my 1st Badge Holders, asking them if they can turn off recurring subs so I can revoke their 1st Badge. As you can imagine, they all got a bit ****** off with it & I've appeared to have taken some back lash & lost in real life friends over this. (It's a Badge, I know lol) I'm a strong person to take back lash from the immature ones & negativity from the odd troll but this is hardcore for millions of other streamers who, like me, simply want to give 1st Badge's to others who are valid/actually there in chat, more than half haven't spoken or bothered me any which way shape or form for a solid year+. So I don't know why they're getting so stink about the badge being revoked in the first place LOL.

    Please can Twitch do something. I feel a little gutted Twitch advertised wrong information.

    I think the library could use a bit of work so you can edit an emote rather than having to delete it and re add it

    Clicking on an emote will show an edit section to replace the image, change the name, if animated change the easy animate animation, depending on the change it could go back to "revision" if the instant upload has not been unlocked

    This can be useful to track many things, for example

    If the emote is improved rather than replaced, you could specify that is a version 1.1 or 2.0 of the emote

    If possible, you could add the emote as an "alternative" version, that you can easily switch to when you need

    So for example, when its Christmas, instead of removing the emote from the list and putting the new one on use, you could just edit the current one to have the alternative Christmas version, keeping the stats of how many people use the emote, providing more information, and Saving many clicks on the process
