Twitch Monthly Recap - All Zeros

I've tried to view the monthly recap for a specific channel, but it's all showing as 0, even though I was particularly active that month. Everyone else says they're also seeing 0. Is this a bug, or is it just taking a while to gather the information? How can I fix it?

    Hi All,

    After sending me on a wild goose chase with trying different browsers, clearing cache and cookies, trying different devices and networks, turning off all my add-ons etc., Twitch Support finally gave me a clear answer and it is this:

    "Due to low usage, the Monthly Recap feature is being turned off and will no longer be available."

    So at least we can rest assured that this isn't anything wrong with our devices or browsers.

    It's sad to say, but given that there's very little activity/outcry besides this post (with only a few votes), it does track that there's little usage amongst the broader Twitch user base.

    Same here. Contacted support, they said they will NOT be forwarding it to the developers, and I should post about it here instead.

    I’m experiencing the same issue. I tried it in the following environments, and everything is showing as 0:

    ■ PC

    Browser: Google Chrome

    Browser Version: 145.0.7632.160

    Device: PC

    OS: Windows 11

    ■ PC

    Browser: Edge

    Browser Version: 145.0.3800.97

    Device: PC

    OS: Windows 11

    ■ Smartphone

    Browser: Safari

    Browser Version: 26.3.1

    Device: iPhone 11

    OS: iOS
