REMOVE/DISABLE Stories on the Profile Picture!!!
Not only is stories REALLY annoying on mobile, and it seems no one wants them.
NOW the website has stories that are annoying too.
I ALWAYS click on the Profile Picture of the streamer I'm watching to open their profile to see their clips, vods, or other content that is there, in case I missed something while tabbed away to go back in the vod and see what I missed.
You replaced this function now with the stories. So now I can't even access a user's page without clicking on their name in the stream.
Why?
THEIR PROFILE AND STREAM SHOULD BE THE PRIORITY!!!!!!!
Why is clicking their profile picture that USE TO OPEN THEIR PROFILE, LIKE IT SHOULD, NOW ONLY OPEN THEIR SHORTS?!?!?!?!?
I CANT EVEN ACCESS THEIR PROFILE FROM THEIR SHORTS!
This update is SO freaking bad.
If I wanted short-form content, I'd use tiktok or youtube.
I come here to watch streams, see clips, or check up on vods I might of missed of a stream.
Thanks for ruining the platform....

Came here to see if anyone else was as annoyed by this change as I am. It's literally impossible to get to the Schedule and Video sections for some streamers now while using the Twitch website because clicking on the profile picture forces you to their stories instead.
