Please allow it so I can easily block streamers that I find offensive. Your "help center" says click the 3 dots and click 'block user'. That information is incorrect, as there isn't a 'block user' option when clicking the 3 dots.

If you type /block in your stream's chat and then the user name, you can block them that way. Fairly simple, can just copy and paste the account name you want to block.
This would work even if you're not a streamer; you still have a chat on your profile page that you can type in.
