Let everyone schedule day by day streams
From another suggestion that is marked as completed:
"You can currently schedule a select day you plan to stream, but this feature is only available for Affiliate and Partners. To do this this, under Frequency, select Specific day and voilà. Thank you for your feedback!"
This seems like a stupid feature to only be available to Affiliates and Partners. New streamers that are trying to grow will often try out new things and new times, but Twitch makes them go elsewhere to promote this instead of giving them the tool that is already built to solve this problem.

Please add the ability to show screenshots to our request as you have the ability as admins to do so. This is very inconvenient when we are trying to give suggestions or report bugs.

I see there was another request for single day scheduling rather than “Every <day> and the reply stated the single day option has been implemented. However, this is not available and is very inconvenient for those who do not have weekly streams. I would post a screenshot but this doesn’t have the option. We do not see the “single day” option as your screenshot in the prior request shows. Please add this back so we can actually use the scheduling option.

Great idea, that would be cool!

How about to add an option to single time stream?
Instead of having every <day-of-the-week> occurrence, I propose to make it once by default and a checkbox to make recurrent.
If streaming is not your job, you just want to let followers know when and what you'll stream and it's not on the recurrent basis.

Futhermore it makes twitch look bad. Imagine a viewr new to Twitch ad they see a new streamer. That streamer is now missing streams they "scheduled" because it goes into eternity and they would rather the day to day singular scheduling options. Now that new viewer is "missing" a stream they didn't know wasn't really going to happen. That doesn't make Twitch look good either. This feature being locked isnt' the flex/incentive we think it is. Very counter.

It's completely opposite of what it should be but non-affiliates should be able to schedule days individually and not have twitch make it so its' on the schedule every week into eternity. An established affiliate would want that, a new streamer would not. It's completely opposite. An affiliate would have both, a new streamer should have the option too, to schedule long term or short term schedules. That feature being like this seems very bad faith in new streamers and is only there to punish.

It's not inclusive to just offer the possibility to make schedules that are for regular Streams with every week the same day and time.
With (severe) disabilities it could be impossible to choose always the same days. For a lot it's needed that we can decide from week to week which day/time it will be.
With your current option you take us the possibility to give users a hint when we will stream. Sure, we can create a Discord server,... But not everybody has the possibility to work with even more sides, it's not inclusive to make us so much work for similar chances and the hope everybody who followed new to give us a chance will come to a Discord server too is unrealistic. A not existent function would be not inclusive and urgend missing.
Now I saw that's a option for Affiliates. So, your website always sort to the viewercount and newbies begin with 0. That's really hard even without disabilities. But especially if it's not possible to stream several times a week and make an every week same schedule due illnesses.
Taking the option to make a schedule even takes our chance that people who followed us already can plan to take time for us. We will just not appear on their calendar and we need to hope they will be spontaneous there when we start a Stream.
That makes it so hard/impossible to reach Affiliate status just to get an option that should be obvious. In my option, you exclude disabled people here to and take even more chances... like you don't want us to stream here and not find a own community.
I really hope you will make your side more inclusive especially you officially write that that would be in your interest.
(And a hint: You have dark theme on Twitch. Why is this not shown as option on your help side here. It hurts so much to write/read here.)

It's really sad to see them pick favourites but from many different.. events we'll call them, it's not surprising coming from Twitch. I really like the platform or at least I like what it could become if they don't lock bare essentials for all streamers behind being a partner or affiliate when it should be for everyone.

well this may of been brought up before but even looking at what other staff have posted as well saying we can do daily stream schedule, yeah maybe if your partner affiliate but as neither that doesnt help sorry but if youtube can allow daily streams to be scheduled rather than just saying you must schedule streams weekly when games i or other people play might not be whats scheduled and yes i know there are options to change it but its like you are demanding we stream weekly when other commitments and emergencies may happen and not allow us as users to simply log in and put the stream as cancelled
i personally feel the weekly stream thing doesnt work for me as a creator and before people do jump on my back for saying that, because if you can schedule calander appoints on your phone daily why hasnt this been brought in to twitch and honestly a daily system would work better rather than the current system thats in place alot easier to manager

It would be helpful to everyone if all creators could use the schedule properly, with all functionality. It should not be locked behind an affiliate/partner wall

This is facts it's soo discouraging to not be able to make a schedule as a non affiliate

Would it be possible for non-affiliates to be able to set streams for individual days in the schedule function? At the moment, only affiliates can plan individual streams. However, if you as a non-affiliate want to schedule a stream that is not regular, it is not possible in the schedule function.
