New Monthly Recap - Not showing for my most loyal subscriber
Hi there!
I recently noticed and enjoyed the new Monthly Recap feature on a few of my favorite streams I've subscribed to and I really enjoy the stats! Then I noticed I received an email stating that my stream was one of the ones selected to participate in the test of these feature. Excitedly, I shared the notion with my friend and first subscriber (who has been consistently subscribed since I reached affiliate) and we were quite bummed out to find it wasn't working. Normally, I'd have just guessed that I wasn't chosen, but I was specifically emailed with notification that I have been.
So I'm just wanting to bring awareness that this is not showing consistently. Also, on several of my recaps I could see, panel 3/8 was not properly appearing.

The team has let me know that the issue with panel 3/8 should now be fixed. Could you please let me know if you're still experiencing issues? If yes, please explain the issue in more detail.
As for the Monthly Recap not being visible, you should be able to see Monthly Recaps either on the Creator's channel page or on your Subscriptions page.
Please let me know if you're still not seeing this and we can go from there.

Not fixed for me - panel 3/8 just says "Unable to get recap data" every time.

I got an email that said to check out my monthly recap for a specific streamer but when I went to view it, they don't actually have the recap feature. Then for other channels where I could view the monthly recap, they are all lacking the info from page 3/8 that should show the emotes, it's "unable to get recap data." I do love the idea for this though but I wish we wouldn't get emails for saying something is available when it's not, and not getting the emails for channels where it is.

I got an email saying that a Creator's monthly recap was activated, but it wasn't actually activated for the Creator.
Rather, the monthly recap of other Creators who did not receive such mail was activated.

also am having this same issue! Received the email confirming my channel was a part of the new feature + the follow-up email saying my recap was ready but neither me nor my subscribers can access the feature on my channel.

Although I received an email that my channel was part of the experimental test, and I had subscribers receive an email about the recap for my channel, it appears my channel does not actually have the recap feature enabled. This messaging is quite confusing! I hope that those of us who received the email will gain the feature later if we were not yet included.

This is a great new feature and I am happy to experience this both as a viewer/moderator and a streamer. The only issue I am facing with the feature is across the board the 3/8th page is unable to access the recap data for that category. This is across the board of all the recaps I am able to access and view. Other than that this feature has great potential and I cant wait to see how it progresses from here.

I can view every single pages but not the 3/8 page.
It says 'Unable to get recap data'.I have a monthly recap activated for three Creators, both of which print errors on same page.
Also, another viewers in the same community seem to be in the same situation.By any chance, will the country affect this?
For your information, my country is Korea
