Custom "Disconnect Protection" Image
When an issue with your stream occurs, it would be great to have the ability to use a custom technical difficulties image or animation you've created, rather than the default NotLikeThis error screen.

This seemed so logical to me I thought it was possible. Was really disappointed to find out we’re stuck with a screen most people don’t even understand, let alone it fitting with our personal branding

I am stunned that this isn't possible! Stunned! Well, mildly shocked. Like static from touching a doorknob. It's unpleasant but I'll still leave the house. Maybe.
I do NotLikeThis. The aesthetic of that mysterious screen is totally counter to the tone of my show. It's great that it functions but it really wrecks the mood :)

Would be a perfect opportunity to add a technical difficulties screen, besides the default image doesn't give a whole lot of indication that the connection was lost, sometimes people might assume the stream ended already.

Kinda cringe that no one at Twitch has thought to add this super obvious feature yet.

I'm amazed this still isn't a feature yet. Even a single frame image or animated gif would be a good way to keep interacting with chat even if you can't interact with chat. Of course uploading a video or even allowing a playlist would be the ideal way to go with this.

I made one thinking this was a feature, and learned it wasn't :'(

With the option of being able to set Disconnect Protection from the Streamer Dashboard settings, it would be nice if streamers could upload their own custom temporary video when they accidentally fall offline unexpectedly while streaming.
Keep it a short looping 12s 720p or 1080p temporary video for when streamer gets disconnected.

It would be a good idea to add a custom Disconnect Protection image to allow channels to keep their branding through a brief disconnect for example a custom image which informs the viewer of a potential issue.
