UI Adjustability & Adaptability Improvements, Let's Kaizen!
There should be an overhaul on the design and layout of Panels in the about sections. It would be nice if we can snap them into a simple grid system. And to adjust the pixel dimensions of each image in the panel with simple numerical values instead of eyeballing shapes using the running ants select tool. Also, when it comes to uploading a Custom Image for your Profile Banner, we can do away with pixel recommendations if they aren't universal between different computers and monitor/window sizes. It would be nice to know what kind of assets will be blocking the banner so we know exactly how to design our banner without trial & error. Which, in my experience, even after trial & error, only to realize it looks great on my Macbook pro, but all of the assets are chopped up, covered up, or have simply vanished on my brothers PC. Lastly, being able to move around Social Links' orders, after they've been created would save a lot of time for anyone that's even mildly OCD. These UI adjustments would make the world a better place.

I believe you're requesting draggable panels so that we can place them in a specific order that we want. If we can't drag them to a specific spot maybe allow us to number them so we can place them in a specific order?

The panels for extensions and text boxes are really nice. I wish I could have a more real-time opportunity to move them around so I could see what they'll actually look like to people when I'm moving them around, or that they would stay in the neat grid view that they have when in the edit panels screen.
