people cant find my channel please help

hello community i got this weird issue that people cant find my channel by searching my channel name in the search bar on twitch. so when im streaming the only people that can find my stream and watch are thoose that already follow me. i normaly use the tags dansih fortnite. and that always work until this weird glitch happend so now thats doents work either my tags doents work my channel name in search bar doents work. legit someone help me. i also normaly have aroudn 20-40 viewers now because of this i only have 5 viewers. please help me please. ):

    This is really a silly issue. Have no idea why Twitch cannot handle this basic feature.

    PS5 DIRECT to Twitch requires me to have TwitchApp, open it on my phone, and then AFTER I've already started streaming, go in and change everything. Otherwise, nobody knows I'm on, nobody knows what I've played, or what I'm currently playing....Yet Twitch Support has the balls to say it's MY FAULT....Twitch is becoming an F'n JOKE!

    Apparently, this is a glitch where people get shadowbanned for no reason. The only way to fix it is to either get in touch with Twitch Support or create a new account until its fixed. :(

    Same issue with me. my channel is not showing up in the search bar and i don't show up in the game directory.
