Allow private following, subscription, etc

As a user, I would prefer that my social actions not cause any notification to the broadcaster or the chat.
Such actions include (but are not to be limited to) following, subscribing to, and hosting a twitch channel

    Possibility to anonymously follow a livestream.
    The follow gets revealed after the stream.

    I think it's a great thing for users, who only follow when the stream is offline (so they won't get called out).

    Due to how the notification apps work, none of these can be effectively made private. The only possible thing from this request would be hiding new subs from the chat, but the broadcaster still gets a notification about it.
