  1. I would like to formally request viewer-side controls to disable on-stream combo / Hype / Power-Up messages that appear directly over the video content.

At the moment, these combo messages significantly degrade the viewing experience, both on desktop and mobile. When multiple messages appear in quick succession, they can cover a large portion of the stream, distracting from and actively blocking the content viewers are trying to watch.

The core issue is that only streamers are given control over this feature, while viewers — who ultimately finance the platform through subscriptions, Bits, and ad views — are given no choice…

  2. The changes of the combos from adding up and building up to new levels defeats the purpose of them. Revert them so that we can see the combo level and the total number of the combo.

  3. I'd like to be able to turn off the 'on-screen celebration', while still enjoying the other power ups on the channel and customise it in general.

  5. Not every streamer wants emotes flying around their screen or sounds going off or any bells and whistles or whatever new shiny thing you all come up with. Some of us like our quiet, simple streams and get plenty of engagement without giving buttons for viewers to push constantly and annoy us with. I find 2 of the 3 new Power Ups to be incredibly distracting for the vibe of my stream and I do not want them. You can get plenty of "consistent viewer experience" without forcing new features on streamers that would never use those features.

  6. I know it makes you money, but we already have so little control over what goes on with our channel. This is an absolute slap in the face.

  7. An interesting option for a Power Up would be an option to view ad free, either for an entire stream or for a set amount of time.

  10. I would love it if bits had more use, and I think a good way to do this would be to enable bits to skip ads so that you have the option for your raiders to not be hit with an ad the second they enter a stream. While subscribing to your favorite streamers is good, I feel like this would enable some more micro-transactions and frequent twitch users would have a small reserve of bits (better than none at all, which is more common) for those instances.

  11. I see a bunch of people use third-party sound alert software, where they cheer bits to make a sound on stream (blerp or Sound Alerts, for example). The main issue with those is that they take a portion of the bits from the streamer (for maintenance/keeping the software running). I want to have the Interactivity feature that is currently on Resubs/subs to also be put on bits.

As a suggestion for the UI, the menu itself could pop up when they hit 'enter' on whatever range of bits the streamer decides is the 'have your own sound,' and the viewer…

  14. Third-Party Extensions like Blerp allow you to spent bits, but bits spent in those extensions do not contribute to hype trains or to cheerer rankings. I think it would be a great improvement to fix that; it would promote bit spending, interacting with third-party apps, and increase hype trains to help with streamer success.

  15. My idea is this couple ideas actually i say make bits more appealing to buy to support streamers how can this be done you ask well many ways but 2 ways i thought of is this. after buying so many bits you could give viewers exclusive emotes that only they can have if they purchased so many bits. another way is lets say someone buys $50 in bits allow there next purchase to be dollar for dollar in bits rather than 1.40 for 100 bits but only after they get to a certain threshold of bittie purchase history. Another way…

  17. I like doing giveaways and gift subs to my stream are only interesting to the most loyal viewer. It would be awesome if as the streamer I could do a bit giveaways. This would not just promote people to use bits on my stream, but maybe it will increase bit engagement as a whole. People love the bits once they start using them. But it seems a lot of users are unaware of what bits are. So here is my suggestion, allow us to do bit giveaways at market value (1 cent=bit) using 25% of our accumulated revenue (this is…

  19. The benefits of Twitch Turbo are very lackluster - The Chat Badge, Expanded Emotes, and custom username colors provide little value added benefit for the price of the subscription, with only the ad free viewing and broadcast storage being of any particular value. Also, having twitch turbo appears to convey no benefit to creators being watched, and in fact, would deny them the ad revenue Turbo subscribers pay to avoid without providing that creator a substitiary revenue in some other manner.

Therefore, I propose that Twitch Turbo add a small monthly stipend of bits as part of the Turbo service,…

  20. I want to limit the amount of bits I can recieve by cheer and in total, I want to lower the chance of "simps"

I want to entertain people and I dont expect them to impress me with money since is not my purpose
