Second thing is that after trying to find how to create an idea in this super counterintuitive forum I try to message live chat since I have benefit of being able to do it and I am met with a AI bot that clearly does nothing and is wasting our natural resources. Then it redirects me to live agent who is illiteral, doesn't provide solution to any questions, and like icing on a cake disconnects from the chat while im screenshotting and preparing this tread to report the state of customer support.
