Streamer Banner Ad Toggle
My suggestion is pretty simple. Give Streamers the option to decide between having a permanent rotating banner ad on, or fullscreen ads that disrupt the viewer experience. This way Twitch still gets their ad money, without Streamers having to intentionally disrupt their content to prevent tense moments during ad breaks, or viewers joining and having to sit through a variable amount of pre-roll ads, that may drive them away from the platform.
