Fix ad manager resetting after a disconnect
When a stream disconnects and then reconnects, the ads manager resets. Sometimes streams disconnect multiple times and the ads manager resets and ads play after the designated ad start time that is set.
It would be great if there was a cooldown for starting the ads manager over again after a disconnect. During a disconnect, the ads manager should continue from where it left off before the disconnect.

Came to suggest this, but voting here instead. Right now my internet is stable, but either Twitch or OBS are losing connection which forces Ads to reset. I run 3 minutes of ads once per hour to keep pre-rolls away and having 3 mins of ads come up for viewers after a short disconnect/reconnect is a poor user experience.
Please find a way so that if you disconnect/reconnect within 5mins or less, the ad manager will not reset.
