I keep getting ads in Spanish?

Not sure why but I keep getting ads in Spanish. My language is set to English and I am located in the US, so a bit confused.

I can't speak for twitch but many use irrelevant metric like geo location. They try to sell advertising spots but it's dishonest to users and advertisers to charge them for playing ads in languages users have no selected as a preference.
