Ads Incentive Program
We are launching a new ad program aimed at providing predictability for your ad revenue. How it works is that you stream for a specific number of hours — while running ads — in exchange for a flat payout. The goal is simple: help you earn a more predictable monthly income through ads, with no ceiling on earning potential. We want to help remove the guesswork of your monthly ad payout. We’ve built it on top of Ads Manager so it is easy to use. Just set your ad schedule and you are ready to go.
The Ads Incentive Program is available for select Creators in the Ads Manager section of your Creator Dashboard (as a note we are not currently accepting requests to join the program).
These offers are just the beginning for this program. You can find out more information here:
Twitch Blog: https://blog.twitch.tv/2022/02/22/reliable-ad-revenue-with-one-click-its-really-happening/
Help Article: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/ads-incentive-program
We expect to improve this experience over time in order to make the lives of creators easier and we look forward to hearing your feedback.
Hey everyone! Popping in to let you all know we are wrapping up this post in UserVoice, however please feel free to continue to leave us suggestions for the Ads Incentive Program in the respective category in UserVoice, which can be found here. For more information on this program, please visit our blog and help article for additional details.
We appreciate your feedback, thank you all and have a wonderful day!

I would like to be part of this program, the only problem is not being able to not being able to run ads manually during break. I hope you can still make this a thing for creators not wanting to use the ad manager

people doesn't like ads much and you are forcing them to watch it, making it 3 mins per 1 hour isn't really preferable, it means every 15 mins there is 1 min ads, we recommend you to reduce the duration, by making it 3 mins per 2 hours or 6 mins per 3 hours.

I am a twitch partner Zee_RP that streams 8+ hours everyday and I am really upset that I did not get an ads incentive offer this month.

Please add Twitch API / EventSub access to information provided by ad manager.
An external application being able to show a countdown with an optional audio cue to a streamer a few minutes before the advertisements are scheduled to start would be a very nice tool for this feature.
It could have a hotkey or streamdeck button to trigger the delay if the streamer is in the heat of a battle inside a game and they want to allow all viewers to watch that critical moment; or conversely if there's a bit of a lull in the current stream they may want to hold off of starting something exciting for a few minutes if an ad is about to begin.

My offer is insultingly low and actually LESS than I'm earning on my own without the incentive program. Great to know how little Twitch cares about us! :)

Currently in some lives the hours requested to complete the goal are very high, these metrics were calculated at the beginning of the program, I would like to request the placement of a "button" where we click and the calculation is redone, based on the transmissions of the last 30 days .
Sorry if I didn't explain it right, or if the English is wrong, I'm using google translator. -

randomised mid roll adverts are one of the most irritating ways to serve ads on your platform. i get that if pre roll ads are going away and to redress the balance there should be more opportunities for mid roll ad breaks but give streamers the option to manually trigger them and if none are manually triggered after a certain period of time then by all means auto trigger a mid roll advert break. but please for the love of god give streamers the options to better structure ad breaks rather than strip away the agency streamers had to better structure their content to their audience.

Is there any way we can see if us small streamers who didn't receive the offer to see how to get an offer / the requirements to get an offer?

I personally find this amazing, and a really cool feature, but I believe this should be available to all streamers even if the payout may be quite a lot less as it could help out alot with small streamers, and involve them more.

Until you turn all ads (and I mean ALL ads) into non-intrusive banner ads, I will *not* be forcing non-subs to miss out on 5% of my streams.
Sure, 5% might not seem like much, but I have had numerous instances of having to repeat myself answering someone's question because my answer got cut off by a single 30 second ad per hour. I'm not about to make that 6 times worse.
Non-intrusive banner ads first. THEN I'll be fine with this.

Three minutes per hour to qualify? Is this a joke? 30 seconds per hour already infuriates most non-subbed viewers with how much content they're missing.

Can't wait to get affiliate access in August! I'm hoping by then y'all will have implemented a way to count manually run ads so that we don't have to use the ad manager, else I may not end up using it. Twitch's ad manager is really only useful if you either don't care at all when ads are run or have Twitch's stream manager actively opened up :/

Hi, saw the article about this today. Can the Start Delay be increased so that it equals the length of an hour minus the value for Ad Length?

This is a good move in the right direction Twitch, however I also hope that this program will be available for all streamers. The article says that payouts can differ from creator to creator, this leads me to believe that you can cater for smaller payouts from the image shown.
IMO, being eligible for the program is going to make everyone happy. So you could have smaller payouts for smaller streamers, as long as they still meet the hours requirement. I do hope this will be considered seriously and implemented well. Thank you!

It's nice to see a higher revenue split.. but having it automated doesn't feel great. Giving creators more control to set up the times, or be able to hit the run ad button and from there it could be automated from that hour. I personally like to run ads during my breaks and don't want to disrupt the stream with ads. From the articles it doesn't appear to give any indication of a "time until next ad" so just having extra timers for this would be great.

My suggestion is to make the hours adjustable rather than whats adviced by the system. I haven't streamed in the last month so the system is giving me 23 hours a month. But when I was actively streaming I was streaming more hours than that. Plus it will be useful to see how much would you get paid if you hit a certain hour mark. Say 50h - 100h - 200h. That will give more insentive for people to stream more to get the base.
Its just not worth to run the system if you stream 40-50+ hours a month and you are fixed to 23h pay, buut twitch still plays those ads every hour of your stream and probably gets paid for every one or for every viewer watched.

Please add an API/Events to the ad manager for each of the relevant events (incoming add, when ad gets snoozed, when ad starts and when ads end) so we can alert both viewers and ourselves using third party extensions like streamer bot. (or just apply the offer to manually run ads too)
