Award bits to the ones voting.
I want my viewers to have the optimal experience on my channel, and not everyone can afford to support a creator. So I'd like some, if not all of the bits to go to the viewer so that they get a more positive experience. It would make it a more personal connection between streamer and viewer, and they in turn can show a bit more personal support in case they can't afford to buy bits or subs

As someone who used Ads for Bits and Twitch RPG to get bits before, I completely support this. If it only rewards the Streamer, then we, the viewers, won't be able to cheer! That isn't good at all!
Giving the bits to the viewers is a really good idea, if Twitch doesn't add it, then I'll be mad. -

100% this. It's bad enough that they're taking away "Ads for Bits", but not giving bits to the viewer is just going to create a divide between the streamer and viewer. I wouldn't run this as is for fear of driving people off my channel. I don't want to tell viewers "Watch ads for me so I can get bits". It's like nagging people to subscribe to you.
