Refund within 24 hours
Hey I think it would be nice to allow refunds for the Turbo Trial within 24 hours of forgetting to cancel it and having it auto renew. That would be a lot more appropriate and in line with pretty much every other online service in the entire world.

The refund policy is total bs I subbed to twitch turbo free trial simply to check it i honestly didn’t think it would automatically renew since it was a free trial. I contacted twitch literally less then 1 hour after being charged and im low on funds this month and they refused to give a refund due to their policy. This needs to change it very unfair and clearly the company is happy to take your money regardless of the situation. This is the last money Twitch will be getting from me until something changes

not to mention their customer service is extremely antagonising about this. copy paste responses. no treating people likea human. jsut lining jeff bezo's capitalist pockets. i am DONE streaming on this platform over this. i wish i never clicked that button. if twitch refuses to fix this ****, if anyone is starting a class action against twitch i am SO in.

Yeah, I second this. My Turbo just renewed and I forgot to cancel it ahead of time, but I did cancel it the hours after it auto-renewed and they refuse to give me a refund. It's ******** that their policy is "we're happy to take your money and "f**k you if you can't afford it this month or forgot to cancel auto-renewal".
Multi-multi-multi-multi billion dollar company SO desperate for an extra 15$? I'm so sick of these greedy scum bags acting like they don't have to respect customers and consumers and removing our rights is a part of their "terms and conditions".
