this is also illegal in ym state and they refuse to listen and talk to me like im a 5 year old karen and copypaste the same thing adn threaten to prevent me from opening tickets because i keep opening them. like no kidding ******* that i will open another ticket, you are robbing me and did not inform me in time.

I do not stream for minors. I make content for people hopefully around my age or 10 years younger. I am in my 30s, and I do not stream to babysit. I'd consider my streams like letting your kids watch southpark. Just because I use an animated avatar, doesn't mean that's who I choose to influence. I'm also transgender, so I do not want some yank karen from florida trying to say I made their kid start hormones or something just because they watch me, even if I rarely explicitly state I am trans. This site has been a nice hobby for a while now, but the moment twitch makes me unsafe by not allowing me to put a content warning up manually, is the moment I stop allowing them to make money off of me.
Please bring back the ability to assign a mature rating to my stream.

Since this was implemented, add a way for us to paus this indefinately. I stream alone unless I ask, I do not collab. I am older and less tech savvy and if I hear a knock on god I'll **** myself.

Autism speaks is STILL ON THERE? Twitch staff, I am an affiliate. I have been diagnosed with Autism since i was TWELVE YEARS OLD. People who support autism speaks are among people like my mother. My mother thinks autistic people shouldn't be alive. SO DOES AUTISM SPEAKS. If twitch does not remove autism speaks, I'll comfortably assume twitch thinks I am subhuman, just like my mother, and Autism Speaks. STOP MERGING THESE THREADS. STOP LETTING PEOPLE FUND HATE.
I am not sure I'd like to be an independent contractor of a company that doesn't see me, a queer streamer with autism, as human. By having charities like this up, it is a direct sign to your queer AND disabled streamers that you think they're worthless.
Also, Alliance for Defending Freedon lobbies for genocidal laws in the states. Twitch, get your **** together man. C'mon. Tired of asking.
not to mention their customer service is extremely antagonising about this. copy paste responses. no treating people likea human. jsut lining jeff bezo's capitalist pockets. i am DONE streaming on this platform over this. i wish i never clicked that button. if twitch refuses to fix this ****, if anyone is starting a class action against twitch i am SO in.
