Emotes, channelpoints and bits for non-affiliated streamers
Make it available that non-affiliate streamers who meet the criteria of getting affiliated can access channel-points, subs and emotes but the streamer has to confirm that 100% of the bits and subs go to twitch. Some streamers are doing this for a hobby and don't want any money because of tax-reasons but it gives more interactivity with the viewers and twitch can earn more money this way. So everybody should benefit this way

I would also prefer that option. Unfortunaly I live in a country that requires me to start a business if I wanted to do that and even if I didn't keep a single penny to myself and give everything to charity, I would have to face tax-fraud. And starting a business and dealing with taxes and other stuff like health-insurance that is mandatory in my country is just way too much work for a hobby.

I see what you're saying, but I don't think anyone would realistically sub or use bits in a channel where they knew all of that money was just going right to Twitch. Couldn't you just make your channel affiliate, and then just make it a strong point that every cent you make on Twitch will be committed to charity, or to community giveaways, or literally ANYTHING at all? I feel like a little creativity on the streamer's part can solve this problem. I think some people would be attracted to a stream that commits ALL of it's revenue to some cause, or giving it right back to the viewers of the channel in some fun way. Man, using the revenue to reward your viewers sounds like a WAY better option.
