  1. Let streamers decide for themselves if they want that information. No, really. Let a streamer disable that feature for their content. Some streamers may want to know. Others do not. People have their reasons some of them may be personal. IMO, this only serves those who want the information. For those who don't, this could do more harm than good.

  2. I think it is an absolute joke that you would collect a monthly sub fee from a suspended channel. Greed at its absolute finest. I should have caught it sooner and that is my fault, but c'mon. I thought maybe you wouldn't be desperate for an extra $6 a month. Your server sucks anyways. Good day!

Some streamers produce streams much more or less frequently than others, and the value and amount of content offered to the viewer that they can watch in exchange for the same whole Month's subscription is massively more or less, and full month subs are difficult to justify for viewers who watch many different channels - a few highly active, but others with much less frequent stream schedules.

  4. Subscribed to Twitch/Amazon prime for few reasons, game content drops and Amazon prime video. Since the drops work only sometimes and for unknown amount of time, I don't see the value there anymore. I've lost the drop content more than I can remember and almost always the connection seemed fine. I've reconnected the game accounts several times for several games and the same issue continues. Your response is always "game provider is in charge of it", which is completely unacceptable.
    And since that part of my subscription reason is gone, only amazon prime video is left, it has to compete…

    mit den neuen Änderungen zur Veranschaulichung der Subscriber-Entscheidungen, würde ich gern eine Möglichkeit für StreamerInnen in Betracht ziehen, womit man genau diese Informationen optional ausblenden kann.

    StreamerInnen haben mMn. genug Stress und Druck von vielen Faktoren und viele brauchen einige dieser Informationen eben nicht. Somit wäre eine optionale Einblendung/Ausblendung dieser Informationen nur schlüssig um Probleme und psychischen Druck vorzubeugen.

  7. Streamer Toggle - Show/Hide Cancellation Reasons

    I'm not a large streamer, but hear me out. There's an argument that a streamer shouldn't see the reasons why others cancel subscriptions as it might cause resentment toward their community.. and I see and hear the validation toward mental health and awareness. I think the easiest solution here would be a toggle that would allow the anxiety to be skipped, and for a streamer who identifies that they might develop resentment towards their community to dodge the resentment. I propose to change "sub anniversary" to "sub milestone" (or something similar) since it is being used for a number of months one has subscribed instead of marking the annual recurrence of date when one subscribed. It can sometimes be confusing, especially if a streamer speaks about it and forgets to override the meaning of "anniversary" by stating that it is a monthly one.
    The wording becomes even less accurate if in some months in between one has not subscribed.

  10. Subscription reminder emails received an update (per https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310231-subscriptions/suggestions/43444125-subscription-reminder-emails-lack-critical-informa ) but other types of subscription emails do not display this information directly.

    For payment declined notifications this information IS in the attached invoice (at the very bottom) but requires the extra step of accessing the invoice to get the name.

    For refund notifications, this information does not appear to be included AT ALL (only an invoice reference for the original transaction, requiring search for the original email.)

    As such, in the event of card problems (like card getting blocked for security, etc.) it is difficult to tell quickly and at a…

  11. 勝手に継続購入されることが不満です、お金をスマホに入れた日の夜、寝ているのに何故かサブスクされてお金が減るのでいつも不便に感じています。
    5日ほど前に切れたサブスクが今日入れたお金で勝手に更新されるので、継続購入をオフにする設定とか一回やられてからじゃ遅いし、これが起こる原理も正直分からないです。
    もし運営でも分からないなら自分が夢遊病なんだと思います、これは何回かありましたがいつも寝ている時なので。

At 45 years old I didn't even know if I would be laughed off the platform (and trust me, it was brutal those first few years, but I stayed strong). 7,000 Followers later (which ik is still a small streamer) I'm proud of what I was able to accomplish and all of the viewers that come back and tell me that I was there to help them through tough times. This was all my son's idea when he was 14 and he's off to college soon!

I just subbed to someone I have known for years with a prime sub and when I was talking about memories the stream elements bot timed me out indefinately and the friend didnt care so now I have a sub I cant use or cancel to give to a streamer who does care! Twitch prime subs should be allowed to be cancled or transfered to someone who deserves it!

  15. when trying to change sub tier in my account. after clicking on the creator i wanted to change, there is a drop down menu with the option "change sub tier" so i clicked on it, and it takes me to a page to donate? it asks me what tier i want to donate, and shows my current sub tier but NO OPTION TO CHANGE IT. im about to just cancel the whole account. i hate having to hunt and peck and especially when the option to "change sub tier" is right on the place i think it would be. similar…

  17. I know we get 1 Twitch Prime sub with out Amazon Prime. Could we consider doing an incremental Twitch Prime sub for each year we renew our Amazon Prime we add another prime sub to our accounts to show that love to creators. So if I have 1 sub and I renew my Amazon Prime, I gain another Twitch Prime Sub to use.

  18. It's hard for viewers to see how many subscribers a channel currently has. In my opinion, this number should be visible to everyone as well as the number of followers and current viewers. Some of the streamers display numbers (but for the most part they don't). Sometimes new subscribers are counted per stream, sometimes the current month is mentioned and a number and a target value, but it is not clear whether these are absolute values.

    In one channel, for example, a different (higher) value was mentioned in the chat than the one displayed in the video window. All in…

  20. We could sub for streamers we like and encourage them for a whole year?
    Having a 1 years sub-option that would give us a special badge with a special emote. would make us feel more engaged with the streamers and a way to show immense support toward them. I don't see tiers 2 and 3 get used a lot.
