3. Is there anyway to make more money from ads or subscriptions or something else

   It would be super nice if we could get paid more for streaming. I did 18,500 live minutes watched last month and only made like 30 bucks, haven't gotten paid in 11 months and i stream almost every day. I have attracted an audience but they subscribe so u can't make any more money from them until the next month and the game I play is not super popular it's a niche game, the people who play it love it and love to watch streams but i only get like 50 unique views a stream and still only make pennies. something isn't right here or at least add some incentive because 11 month and over 180 hours streamed per month for only 70 bucks that's taxed isn't fair.

   It would be super nice if we could get paid more for streaming.    Es geht um Folgendes die Twitch Kontrolleure arbeiten nicht richtig und nicht Ordentlich folgendes war der fall ich habe angegeben unter den vermerk das Eventuel erotische sachen im stream sein könnten für was gibt es diesen vermerk wenn man dann dennoch gebannt wird dafür.
   Ich hatte nur kurz eine website offen wo man dvds kaufen kann und ich war nicht einmal eine Minute in der erotik sektion jedenfalls waren die cover von den dvds extrem klein dennoch hat man mich wieder für 7 tage gesperrt das ist mobbing mitlerweile von twitch seite herr man kann meinen aacount löschen mit solchen leuten will ich nicht zusammen arbeiten die mich mobben durchgehend für was gibt es diese option das man diese ankreuzen kann wenn man dann dennoch probleme bekommt wenn man aus versehen oder nur kurz in die erotik abteilung geht ich habe keinerlei sexuellen dienste angeboten oder der gleichen und bilder sind nichts verwerfliches desweiteren hat man eventuel nur einen bruchteil einer sekunde eventuel eine unscharfe brust gsehen auf einen der covers jedenfalls habe ich twitch jetzt gemeldet diesbezüglich da twitch ilegale streams unterstützt ich habe die aufseher gewarnt man nahm diese warnung nicht ernst und lies mich weiter blockiert ich werde auch alle anderen partein informieren das hier illegale streams statt finden ohne die lizens dafür zu besitzen zu tun.

   Ich lösche meine videos jedes mal wenn ich der meinung bin das irgendwas eventuel nicht ok gewässen wäre und zwar jedesmal am ende eines streams.
   desweiteren entspreche ich nur den willen der zuschauer woführ ich auch bestraft wurde nur weil ich wünsche erfühlt habe danke twitch seid ein super verein desweiteren werde ich auf kick darüber berichten und auf youtube werde ich darüber ein video bringen wie man hier auf twitch behandelt wird.
   Z.B wenn man einen stalker an der backe hat das twitch nichts dagegen unternimmt und diesen nicht zur rechenschaft zieht wenn der rufmord begeht.

10. Improve Options For Contacting Support

    A friend of mine (ConstantineDTW) has been trying to reverse the unjust suspension of his account for over a week now without any progress. He hasn't even been told why his account was suspended! It's absurd that he needs to start an online petition in some vague hope Twitch will take note of it, rather than be able to actually speak to Twitch Support via some channel to get any sort of applicable response. Please! Give people better ways to contact you directly! Don't give us this annoying runaround.

There is ZERO Customer service to any of our complaints and they make it worse with their forced drops in your inventory and no way to remove the clutter of **** that you never wanted, never watched and they even force these to the top of the list.     Twitch’s Terms of Service (ToS) and Community Guidelines (CGs) supersede streamer preferences. Period. As moderators and stewards of our communities, we should recognize violations immediately, even when our streamer may not. That is why Mod University makes sense.

    Like Streamer University, moderators could apply for selection and attend a program led by actual Twitch staff and experienced official moderators. Training would cover interpreting the ToS and CGs, handling difficult situations, exercising sound judgment, and improving our ability to protect communities. Graduates could then share that knowledge with fellow moderators and their streamers.

    This is NOT about telling streamers or fellow moderators what to do. It is about improving ourselves, protecting our communities, and giving our advice greater credibility. Imagine returning with a graduation certificate or exclusive badge (kidding, we don't need another badge!). We would gain no extra authority, privileges, or powers. It would just be better training and knowledge that could make us among the most capable moderators on our teams.

17. The recent Terms of Sale is a disgrace.

    Section 7, Final paragraph, first line "Twitch reserves the right to deactivate any user from any Twitch Services for any reason or no reason. "

    Twitch.tv can't be serious, and can't hope to have success with this in the US where it is based. Outrageous!

    AND, hidden behind little links, away from the accept button, that's FORCED onto your twitch browser experience, blocking you from chatting unless you accept!!

    This strikes me as a violation of the US constitution, which, as the company is based there would be illegal practices to publish or enforce.

    A reason MUST be given and this clause can NOT be allowed to stand.

    Furthermore, this same wording is repeated in section 10, and seems to explicity say that twitch, under the terms that they can terminate your account for no reason, and that any digital goods or ancilliary products (e.g. Twitch Bits), would be forfeited and not reinstated in that instance.

    Being removed from the service for no reason is not acceptable from my perspective. To then add insult to injury and refuse any refund, equal or equivalent to the value of the ancilliary or digital product surely cannot be acceptable.

    Under this section as a whole and as a result of this wording, a user could spend hundred or thousands of dollars on bits, be banned for no reason, and that money effectively robbed from them.
    
    This is like twitch's own version of DE-BANKING, which has been condemned as a HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION!

    The last point I'll make about the recent Terms of Sale update that I'll be avoiding agreeing to, is section 17. Titled 'Taxes'. Particularly the folowing sentence - "If you do not pay such sales or other tax or fee on a transaction, you will be responsible for such taxes or fees in the event that they are later determined to be payable on such sale, and Twitch reserves the right to collect such taxes or other fees from you at any time."

    This is so very badly worded that I'm not really sure it has any place in a legal document. If it's written by AI, that's one thing. If not, someone should be repremanded for it.

19. Give the mobile app a button to access followers and following.

    There is noway to access who you are following other than swiping right, and it doesn't always show everyone. It would be much easier if there were a button to bring all of them up. I literally hate this app because of this alone
