I CAN' T RECI So Twitch still hasn't fixed the issue where Peru phone numbers can't receive SMS or send messages while streaming? How long do we have to wait before switching platforms?

Fix your twitch pages for streams that get hacked and shadowban how about getting your support and ticket system working correctly and not going through these systems for ideas and letting us sumit complaints properly also note the sms system does not work on my page that is even after buy two new phones with new sims imei and two new numbers on top of that and going through the carrier and everything is fine on their end so its all on you guys

2FA Sms does not arrive - possible fix? Hey everyone.
I was one of those poor souls that couldnt 2FA their accounts (to start affiliate onboarding for example) as the sms to set my number up never arrived.
Everything was tested and tried - nothing worked. Though, i was able to receive SMS from Twitch to verify my Number/account, but the sms for the 2FA never arrived anyhow.
Today, ive tried it again but the Sms did not arrive as always.
I was SO frustrated, that ive randomely put 7 digits in the field and pressed enter - of course, an error message popped up.

Login code should send to email OR phone for new devices, instead of just email i recently got a new pc, meaning i dont have my old email or its login that was made so long ago, you'd think that having your phone number connected would let you use that instead of email for the login code, but there isnt an option for that, genuinely kinda annoying im not gonna lie

Helping people who lost accounts by responding to the tickets rather than letting a bot it I've been locked out of my account due to not remembering my password and have been ignored for over two months, try to password reset and says "something went wrong" (Pixel 6 and on Chromebook) and now have to use a brothers account

Asking permission for being mod I really want to get notificated if someone mods me on his channel or want to get asked for permission.

TWITCH IS VIOLATING FEDERAL LAW BY REQUIRING MOBILE PHONES ONLY FOR 2FA Federal law requires 2 SEPARATE METHODS for authentication, INCLUDING ALLOWING VOID! By forcing people to use mobile devices only Twitch is committing a felony.

twitch support discord my idea is that support should either have a discord server so users can get evidence to why accounts are banned or support should actually send in the tickets the evidence. streamers like me getting banned for "violent hate speech" but no evidence to support the cases and ive tried appealing twice but both times rejected with no clear reason

i cant add phone number to my acoount hi first in my current account i tried to add my phone number but i have already added to my past account and i found that account and enabled the enable additional twitch acoount and back to my current account tried to add it but errored say oops we have an unexpected erroor so i back my past account and deleted the phone number and i back to my current account tried to number same error. Indefitie Suspension I AM NOT A BOT I submitted an appeal for my account (crowdog69b69t) because I was wrongfully accused of being a bot and or a automated account. I'm so frustrated because it took one day to be rejected for a warning that I got back in november, but it's been over a week and I still haven't gotten a response from my appeal for my indefinite suspension. disable 2fa without switching numbers or using authy there needs to be a way to disable 2fa without having a phone number or needing to sign into authy (which requires a phone number as well). i have gone through your automated support since December of last year with no resolution other than "Our policy is typically to not remove Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) under any circumstance, as doing so would defeat the purpose of your account having that extra level of protection.
