Not sure what category is best for this, but I think it is important to give this feedback and it's hard to find a place for this.

I have seen several instances of people that I know to have made their account after the age of 13 (people I interact with outside of twitch) that have been falsely banned by an overzealous system. I understand the desire to ensure all twitch users are following the age terms of service. These users have all seemingly been banned after saying something like "I'm 12" BUT in the context of something else. The two examples that come to mind are channel point systems added by stream elements (someone saying they are 10 referring to what rank they are in channel points) but getting false flagged as being too young, and people mentioning their place in queue for something called beatsense where users queue songs (saying they are 12 in reference to their place in the queue). I know three users banned for this, one got his account back, one did not, and the other is mentioned below.

I think it is important to not ban long time users for false flags like this, and one user, a good friend of mine with the username IVAizenVI was banned for the channel points example above, he was rank 10 in channel points and was talking about it and got banned for saying "i am 10". He has not had any reply on his appeal for weeks.

If someone reads this and can help at least in this particular instance in helping IVAizenVI get his account back it would be appreciated, but accounts being banned for this and then not being properly appealed or reviewed is something I think is worth looking into as it seems unbefitting of a large organization like twitch.
