Fix Overzealous Age Banning Not sure what category is best for this, but I think it is important to give this feedback and it's hard to find a place for this.

Change mask for subscriber badge Paid subscriptions are a way to monetize both Twitch and streamer.
Subscriptions have tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3. Each level has a certain motivation for a person to subscribe for a fee. Moreover, the higher the subscription level, the higher the degree of motivation should be.
One of the motivations is to stand out in chat. Twitch offers a mask for levels 2 and 3 that overlays on top of the sub badge itself.
Now the crux of the problem ... The site's functionality implies that ONLY ONE layer will be used for all months of subscriptions.

allow underscores in usernames My username could not be selected with an underscore between the two words in my username. It accepted just fine if I removed the underscore. It also seemed to imply that I was doing something wrong by adding an underscore.

Please keep in mind that changing the display name is not the same as changing your username. Your display name must match your username, but you can modify the capitalization of certain letters. For example - username: twitch, display name: Twitch. Hope that clarifies this.

Support is non existent How about you speak to your parent mega rich company Amazon and see if they can employ some more staff for your support team because in all my life I've never witnessed such dreadful support simply because there is none. Almost 2 months of emails and tweeting Twitter support and still not 1 single reply. I think it's a disgrace a company as big as this has no support especially when you're a business that can charge money. Don't change my preferences I have my preferences set as I want them. I don't need Twitch to change them for any reason. I have emails coming from who I am subbed to and I don't need Twitch changing that just because I haven't watched someone in awhile.

Live Notifications Without Following There is already an option to follow and not receive live notifications, but what about having a system where you can get live notifications without following? Maybe you want try and follow when they are live or maybe give them a few moments before making the decision to show support by following. dedicated tab/section for "following" channels in settings a very useful feature for twitch, cince it has a follower cap of 2000, would be a section for the people we follow and watch. while we have a "notifications" section for who we want to get notified of, we dont have a section that easily allows us to unfollow inactive channels we no longer watch. something as simple as having it in the same format of the notifications but just replace the on/off slider with a "follow/unfollow" button. making it easier to manage and clear out all the people who dont stream anymore or we dont watch as often.

You can easily unfollow channels from the page: https://www.twitch.tv/directory/following. You head to the channels tab and click on the heart to unfollow any channel quickly. Thanks.

Fix the random logging-out bug on iOS The iOS app has this annoying habit of logging me out of the app seemingly at random, and with no input at all on any other device. This is very disruptive as I have 2FA set up on my account, and to log in I have to both provide my password and an auth code that may/may not be easy to get to depending on whether I have my auth code generator to hand.
The iOS app never used to randomly log out, so the question is why is it doing it now. I'm aware of the "30 days" feature…

Stop automatic suspensions for username issues without human supervision My account was created 6 years ago. but i am using it for streaming only for 9 months. My name is friar_negro, and it has never been considered an invitation to hate, but now I have been banned indefinitely for this reason for a month.
