im not a bot unlock my account crowdog69b69t because im not a bot or automated account. something like this should be a simple fix but this platform has allowed troolls to shutdown my account in a moments notice and therre is absolutely no way to rectify the problem. I submited a report and if you expect me to wait 6 months for an appeal when im not a bot you have lost your minds.

FIX EXCESSIVE CODE VERIFICATION BUG (& admit your employee lied) Back in May of 2020 @sehmerschoo shared this post:
"Stop Code Verification
Don't ask me at every login, for the **** verification Code !!!
I dont need an E-Mail for every login."A VERY reasonable & much needed request! However, your employee @mouse (hopefully FORMER employee, as her profile went 404) decided to not only DECLINE his request, but went on to BLATANTLY LIE to us all on Twitch's behalf:
"You will only receive a new device verification email if you are using a difference device, use incognito, frequently clear your cache. Otherwise, this is a security feature meant to…

accounts Proposal to Delete Inactive Twitch Accounts
Twitch is one of the most popular streaming platforms for video games and other content. The platform offers a wide variety of channels and streams that are visited by millions of viewers around the world.
A current issue with Twitch is the number of inactive accounts. According to estimates, up to 30% of all Twitch accounts are inactive, meaning they have not been used in over 3 years. These accounts can distort viewership numbers on Twitch and lead to misconceptions about the popularity of channels.
Proposal
Twitch should delete inactive accounts that have not…

allow us to have a main account. My thought is having a main page and having the ability to login to a secondary bot account. on the same account with having to switch would actually solve the not being able to fast switch on twitch. Would also mean that people can register a bot account from the account. not from the bot account. Should also make it more streamlined of a process.

Passwordless Login through Passkeys For those who are not familiar with Passkeys:
Passkeys are a modern security standard supported by leading companies such as Google, Paypal, Apple, Adobe, Nvidia, and Amazon(!). Instead of traditional passwords, they rely on cryptographic key pairs and digital authentication methods such as fingerprint recognition, facial recognition, PIN, or pattern. Passkeys offer a significantly simpler, faster, and more secure solution compared to conventional passwords.Twitch, a platform that thrives on live interactions and promotes them, could greatly simplify the login process for users by introducing Passkeys. This would not only improve user-friendliness by minimizing the tedious entry of passwords but…

constant verification is bs. I'm tired of twitch tv sending a verification code to my email. I use twitch on my cell phone for cromecast. Then when I watch twitch on the computer, I have to verify the code and go to g-mail to look at the ****** number series and verify. This verification is constant and feels like ****.

Make email verification code text bigger Hi, every time I receive a login verification email code on my phone (iPhone), I have to manually zoom in on the screen to properly read the verification code. I know it's OH so exhausting lol, but it's just one more additional step in a process that nobody really wants to go through every time. Can you just make the lettering bigger in the first place, please? Cheers! :)

Daily email verifications, saying I "logged into new device" This is less for twitch and more for the users looking for a solution.
I've been having this issue for months and stopped using twitch for a long period of time due to the constant verifications every time i open it up. Always from the same pc, same connection, etc. Never used incognito or cleared my cache as people said.
I seem to have found a solution that fixed this for me yesterday; I got the idea to remove my chrome extension ad-blocker. It seems to have worked so far so I hope it'll help out at least a few…

PassKey Account Login Feature Please consider adding a new feature called PassKey for an even more secure way to log In to your account on the Twitch Mobile App on iOS. PassKey allows you to login to your account without a password instead you receive a text with a code on your mobile device that you use to log In. Please consider adding this additional more secure login feature In a near future update. Please!!! Thank You

let me log into my account "It looks like you're trying to login from a new device or location". No it's actually not, I'm trying to log in from a browser that you currently have over 50 cookies stored on from the same location.
I don't delete them from twitch due to this very hassle, yet you still send me a verification code every time I try to use the site.

When find an ID by a phone number on a korean site, it is necessary to add a tip about country phone number. usually, Many korean sites don't use country phone number.
So I wrote phone number without country phone number.
As a result I couldn't find ID.
I could only see "something went wrong. please try again."
A few weeks later, I wrote phone number with the country number on the off-chance.
eventually, I Could found ID.So I think when korean find an ID by a phone number on a korean site, it is necessary to add a tip about country phone number.

Get rid of the stupid email verification code every time I try to log in It's filling my email inbox with spam. I have a password, that should be enough for you. I want the verification gone. Forever.

Stop asking me to verify my login with an email code - EVERY SINGLE TIME! I just want to watch a stream without jumping through hoops every single time
stop demanding I enter your emailed security code after I've already given my password
different device? - NO,
use incognito? - NO
frequently clear your cache? - NO
use 2FA? - NO11 votes -
Add an option to disable Login Verification Code on "new" computers I use privacy mode in my browser, meaning it erases all temp data between sessions like cookies etc. Witch means that I need to verify that I am who I am every single time that I try to log in.
It's hella inconvenient as you can imagine. I'm not planning to add any personal data so even if my account is hacked I wouldn't care at all.
If you worried that somebody uses this option without realizing the implications just add a very clear disclaimer and/or limit some twitch functionality if an option is enabled.
Thanks in advance.
