Fix iOS app for old devices The new twitch app update left old devices like iphone 6 without being able to watch twitch unless is through a browser app which is not the best experience.
If you download the app it says update your iOS, and I did but only reaches the 12.5.4 version. So unless I login through a browser app Im left with a useless app, which doesnt make sense to have it on the apple store even.2 votes -
iOS mobile app bug: I often find on mobile scrolling through “followed live channels” on the left does not display all live channels toward the lower part of viewership. It may emit at least a couple that have lower view count. Probably a UI error like chat freezing.

Remove grey bars on fullscreen I recently bought a foldable, so fullscreening a stream on the android app produces grey bars since the aspect ration of a foldable screen is not 16:9. Please just render the bars black like in the vods. Having the pixels not properly turn off on an oled screen is incredibly frustrating when viewing at night.

You guys really need to make the mobile app and the PlayStation app way better!! I have to open safari just to manage my channel what’s the point of the app if I can’t do anything on it ?? Gotta open twitch desktop on safari and it’s still super **** cause it’s not built for a phone

implemet game overlays on mobile apps It would be nice if the mobile apps had the game overlays that the browser version has so interaction with streamers can be possible. (like cult of the lamp overlay etc)

Airpods Twitch doesn’t pause when removing AirPods. This is default system behavior for any media app on the iPhone. This should at least be a toggle option.

Stretch Please add the option to stretch the stream to FIT the screen while also ignoring cut outs for cameras like on the Note 10+ etc. Right now, on my Note 10+, anytime you use the stretch option, it just zooms in and cuts off the top and bottom of the stream which can be frustrating while watching certain games or streamers. Having the 2 black bars on each side is also unpleasant. There are 3rd party apps that do this quite well, and I only use them to watch streams, but I would love to use the Twitch app when…

Bring back our option of looking at old streams when the streamer is live/online This was already possible before the last recent update. I do not know why you guys took this option away from us. I generally watch streams I miss in order when I have the time to do so. Half of the time (if not more now) when I’m able to catch up on some streams I miss, if they’re online/live I can forget about it because access to the older streams are nonexistent until they’re offline again. Please fix this. Thank you.

Playback on a locked screen iOS 16 allows widgets on the locked screen. Maybe it would be possible to combine this into feature.

Picture in Picture not working I’m not sure why but the Picture in Picture mode (PIP) icon doesn’t appear on my twitch anymore. Sometimes it works anyways when I exit the app or shrink the window, but it’s very inconsistent.
If there’s anyway this could be fixed it would be appreciated immensely, thank you!

dashboard for the twitchapp. And ability to delete videoes from the app! Please The new twitch app doesnt even allow for quick deletion of videos.
Please, let me be able to quickly delete a video from the app, instead of rushing to the website to reach the dashboard in order to do it there.
Why is the dashboard, inarguably the most important part of twitch management, absent from the app?

Broadcast notification filtering The mobile app has an option to control what Twitch notifications appear while screen broadcasting, but it does not have an option to turn off the notifications for other streamers going live, or to filter out chat notifications from bots such as StreamElements, StreamLabs, LootLink, and PokemonCommunityGame.

A mobile twitch mode application for chat. Twitch chat for mobiles I see this comment mentioned among creators many times. When you are using twitch to stream it would be more tha amazing to have an application for mobiles or tablets where you could have your chat (from your own Chanel) to read it easily. I would use an IPad in vertical position with a big font. This way, I could see comments in big size and in case of traveling with my laptop and the tablet I would have the complete station to stream. Channel points haven't been working on mobile for nearly a year now how about you start there Channel points are completely broken in mobile, I've uninstalled and reinstalled at least 15 times and the problem doesn't go away, the button to the channel point screen works but the screen doesn't respond at all, predictions don't load, anything to do with channel points doesn't work and it's been persistent for 10 months

Headphone Allow the headphone remote button (middle between vol up and down) to pause/resume on vods and live streams. This doesn’t work on iOS right now which feels broken.
