Refactor starting page and disable autplay I want to have my followed channels as starting page again without anything autoplaying.
An option for setting stream resolution on mobile data vs. on wifi would also be good.
Personal opinion but I peesonally think a TikTok like layout for a streaming platform doesn't make sense. A common user does not swipe and switch between streams every few seconds. I would focus more on the old style and at least get rid of the swiping.

Sorting of options for following list I would like to be able to sort my followed channels from low to high so that I can see all the small channels I follow who are live. After this latest update, the mobile app now limits how far I can scroll down my followed list (like it does on desktop) and it is impossible for me to see everyone I follow who is live during peak hours. My solution to this has been to unfollow channels I visit less often, but I hate doing that.

Favorite channels next to following channels Please implement a second list you can add to which is a favorite channels list, next to following channels. Most people have a very large following list, it would be handy, to save a seperate favorite channels list, you can easily access in the App, which is not that big.

Unique, amazing UI Idea I have an idea. As a user, I want to see my followed channels who are live immediately as the first thing I see when I open the app. As a user, I would hate to have to go and look to see which of my followed channels are live.

Navigation Bar iOS update The new navigation bar at the bottom of the screen on the iOS app may be great for creators but its useless for someone who does not create content. The plus button in the middle does nothing for me

stream closes on IPad with any multitask action with twitch app IPadOS 17.4.1; Twitch v19.4
Active Playing Stream when “Twitch App” is under ANY system’s multi-tasking mode would close itself under the forced “feed tab” trial update.
Any active playing stream would close when user interact with any of the device’s multitasking features under IPadOS ie: ‘home page gesture’(swipe up from bottom of screen; [expected action: stream player would pop out into PIP mode, home screen would be shown with PIP stream still playing]) or ‘split view mode’(allow 2 apps to be side-by-side; [expected action: twitch would transform into portrait mode and continue playing with on-screen UI(clip, options, play/pause button, mute…

Sleep timer in stream settings Would greatly appreciate a sleep timer in the stream settings under resolution just like the ios feature.

Screen freezes when opening keyboard On iPad, tapping the chat box to open the keyboard freezes the screen (audio unaffected) for around 5 seconds, after which the keyboard will appear but the stream will change to 1 fps. As of new update.

Mobile app improvements The mobile app sucks never lets you perform any actions such as unfollowing someone, blocking a user, claiming channel points, redeeming channel points, updating settings, etc. It crashes frequently as well.
Admin audit: Removed unnecessary, negative commentary.

Channel Points Bug When casting from the iOS mobile app to another device (TV, Chromecast, etc), I am no longer able to collect channel points. For example, I watched a stream for 3 hours and never got a green icon to collect points. This has been happening for at least a few weeks if not a couple months.

1) Enable chat overlay
2) Disables chat overlay
3) Enables chat to appear on the right, the old chat interfaceProposal:
Don’t attach 3 u.i reactions to one finger gesture . Additionally, allow chat options to be toggled in settings for a permanent preference chosen by the user.

Twitch Home screen widget for iOS & Android Twitch app needs widget support for iOS and Android. This widget contains the streamers that you're following that are currently live. Different grid sizes would be nice as well.

Full screen Chat Only mode Allow chat to use the entire mobile screen.
Currently when using chat only mode the video section takes up a third of the screen and is redundant. The streamers name, icon and tags take up allot of screen space leaving two lines of chat visible at any one time (on my iphone6)
When i’m not at my pic I like to watch stream on my TV or PS4 and it would be awesome to have chat on my phone. The current layout hinders me from keeping up with chat so i don’t use it at all. It would be awesome…

Chat button for iOS I’ve noticed when people stream off android they have a button to view chat. There is no such thing for people streaming on IOS. Suggesting we get the same feature on iOS, so we don’t need an additional device just to view our chat

Add option to pin streams I would like for there to be an option to pin streams to the top of the twitch mobile page. As a heavy twitch viewer, I struggle finding which channel I want to watch due to following so many streamers. If we could, for example, pin my favorite 5 streamers to the top, it would be easier to join the streams.
