Pause Button For Twitch Mobile App Just the most basic functionality of pausing an ongoing stream. I've had experiences when my connection broke, I could pause and play to have it reconnect. But somehow, pausing was removed after the redesign for apparently no reason. It would allow users to pause their streams whenever they wanted to.
I never thought I'd be asking for such a basic feature to be implemented but here I am. Twitch please.

Mobile chat position On mobile there should be an option to change chat position from the right side being default to the left side while in landscape mode. This would be ideal for streams that have webcams on the right side of the stream for a better watching experience.

Horizontal View & Stream Preview On Mobile Dashboard Can we please allow the mobile Twitch app dashboard to be viewed horizontally on the mobile dashboard instead of being stuck in vertical view? Also, can we please have the stream preview on the mobile dashboard? I use my tablet to monitor my stream and it would be convenient to be able to use the dashboard view instead of the channel view to monitor my stream when using the mobile app.

New update overlay The new IOS update has put floating chat buttons on the right of the screen when in landscape mode… so horrible. Why would you block the screen with icons in no chat mode? I’ve almost gifted subs by accidentally clicking them in my sleep. Please give an option to remove them

Mobile iOS app is terrible (Aug 2024) Listen to your user-base and revert the update before you further alienate your loyal users.
Maybe a few more weeks before I uninstall one of the few apps that’s been a mainstay on my mobile devices for nearly a decade.

Revert app or allow use of old interface Revert app changes from TwitchTok or at least gives us the option to use the old interface. New app is a terrible experience and is forcing me to use the website on mobile instead of the app.

Revert the app update or me and my community go to YouTube I as a streamer will be taking my entire community to YouTube if you don't undo this awful, intrusive change that takes extra steps to do the simplest of things on Twitch (loading up a stream from someone I follow) and completely intrudes on streams I'm already watching when I want to minimize it and look at my following list.

New UI is not a match for how average users interact with twitch The tiktok style ui is overused in apps but in Twitch's case its doesn't make sense at all. The middle button used by most apps to quickly create content doesnt make sense for an app where most of its users are there to watch long ongoing content, not stream for 15min from an iPhone randomly. A fyp that just shows random streams that your meant to scroll on by? Isn't that the opposite of what we come to twitch for? If its meant to get you to try out different streamers it really fails, was nice seeing a few streams…

Change UI back to what it was. I'm glad I went through the effort to find where to send feedback because I can see so many other users frustrated aswell. Why would you remove both thumbnails and titles from the home page? I'm supposed to decide what to watch based off of game alone? The autoplay is frustrating and there is so much wasted space onscreen because of it. After hitting the tab to show followed streamers which should be presented by default I can see a max of 11 streams at a time and all I can tell from them is the streamer name, the game…

Ai If you put your generative AI slop near my creators. You’ll never get another dime from me as a view. No Amazon prime, no subs, and no ad revenue. I can tip my favorite creators using dozens of other tipping services that are not related to the Bezos corporation. My streamers won’t lose my support. Twitch will.

Revert the awful mobile app design Revert the awful app redesign, it's horrible to use and the previous design was far superior. I've been unable to find a single feature of the new design that is of any use. To be honest I've cut my twitch viewing just beacuse of how bad the app is, according to my mobile's weekly usage report which surprised me.
You are not tiktok we don't need an awful tiktok clone.

Give us back our app Issues with the new app:
• following list not on homepage
• "continue watching" feature removed
• "followed games" feature removed
This is awful. Please stop trying to fix what isn't broken. I stg app designers must have never used the app they're designing for a single day. How about having some idea of what your customer base actually wants before making big changes?

Undo recent changes Think it pretty obvious by actual mobile twitch users that the recent changes have been far away from how we want the app
Please listen to actual app users and revert changes, you’re pushing the app to being unusable14 votes
