Clear Viewing History in App Introduce the ability to clear viewing history in app.
Twitch, as of writing is roughly 110 MB in size.
The app data (for me) is 450 MB and steadily growing.Youtube, in comparison is 140 MB.
The data use is only 40 MB.What is the difference? Why must the Twitch app be so storage hungry?

New update is awful Why do I have to click so many buttons just to see who’s live?? And when I’m watching a stream and trying to see if anyone else is live, it stops the stream I’m watching. I follow so many people, I like to jump around streams and now it’s impossible to do so without closing streams and sitting through more ads.
I also hate the vertical aspect when every stream is horizontal. This isn’t tiktok, and we’re not on this app wishing it was tiktok.

New Home Screen is not good The new home screen update kinda sucks. Usually you would immediately be able to see all of your followed channels, adding an extra step to get to your followed channels is unintuitive. On top of that, I can no longer see thumbnails for my followed channels which makes it more difficult to determine what is going on in a stream and whether you want to watch it. Try to only update items that people on mass complain about or simple quality of life changes.

Roll back to previous version of mobile app Your newest mobile app changes make browsing my followed channels and finding content more difficult. In fact, it’s harder to find a stream I follow and want to watch than unwanted streams. I’d rather move to YouTube or another streaming platform altogether to find streaming content. Are you trying to give us more reason to leave?

Allow me to check my follow list while staying in the current stream With the new mobile layout I cannot seem to check which of my followers are live without the stream I am watching closing and it being replaced with your new live feed of something I'm not interested in. I would appreciate an easier way to get to my follow list and let me look at the list with a PIP of the current stream. I used to be able to simply tap the down arrow in the upper left of the stream. Add ability to clear notification like hype train On the web browser you can clear notifications at the top of the chat (such as a hype train) by clicking the 3 buttons. On mobile, there is no option to clear notifications. And it is a huge pain because when a notification such as a hype train shows up in the chat, it makes the chat bigger (half the screen) for the entire duration. So every time a hype train starts (which happens a lot in bigger channels), chat takes up half the screen and you are forced to watch without chat if you want to be able to…

Deleting Twitch App for not listening to Feedback I will be deleting the Twitch app directly after I leave this post and others should do the same. You all did not listen to the community at all and should not be rewarded for it. I will have the app on my console and not be completely off of it but will now use it less as I will not have it on my phone because you all did not revert changes.

Revert the twitch app Used to be able to still have a stream running while looking to see if you wanted to switch. Now if you want to do that you have to leave the twitch app to go to twitch on the browser so it won’t auto stop the stream. Also fire the idiot who decided to turn a long form video streaming service to TikTok. Idiot.

Revert twitch back to what it used to be already How much longer is it going to take these brainless app developers to learn that this new update has ruined the app? Please for the love of god just push out the update that was before all this TikTok bs. Once you do so all of the negatives comments will go away and then everyone will be happy. Remove autoplay, feed-style content presentation Any app that tries to automatically play content without my choosing to do so irks me to the point of being willing to stop using the app. Youtube tried to do the same with Shorts and i stopped using it until it reverted. If i wanted the app to choose and play content for me, I'd use a feed style app like Tik Tok. But i don't, because that's not what i want frok Twitch. It never has been.
