Twitch Applications: Mobile

How it works:
  • Choose a relevant category for your idea and check to see if any other users have already submitted this suggestion before creating your own
  • Be clear with your suggestion, provide examples and solutions to the problem you are posing. Suggestions without actionable feedback may be closed without comment
  • Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests
  • Be sure to share your suggestion with others to gain more support!
  • Note: Suggestions are not guarantees that we will take action on an idea. We will try our best to communicate why an idea may not work, but may not always be able to share that information.
  • Titles that are unclear or unnecessarily vulgar may be reworded to better reflect the request for ease of discovery

If you need help:
This forum is for ideas only. If you need help, please check out our help portal for tons of articles that may answer your questions. If you still need help, you can reach out to our support team in the help portal as well!

Appeals or commentary on suspension decisions, support requests, suggestions disparaging others, and non-constructive feedback will be closed without comment.

  2. Controlador de Cenas para a Versão Mobile

Estou utilizando a opção de stream mobile e gostaria da opção de criar telas pois fica um pouco difícil controlar o que esta sendo visualizado.

  3. Mute the chat when the phone is upright.

Please note that in the mobile version of Twitch you can not turn off chat.
The functions “chat only” or “only sound” are present.
But there is no chat mute function.

  5. Screen Capture Button For Mobile

Instead of using a third party app I think twitch should have a screen capture button for mobile users to let them easily stream, without going through all of the hassle.

Broadcasting from abroad is fun, but it might be cool if there is an option in mobile to embed a 1920x1080 and 1080x1920 transparent PNG with a watermark, to keep the branding almost similar to OBS on Desktop.

The fitting watermark image should be selected by detecting the landscape or portrait mode of the phone, and with preparing it for landscape or portrait the quality doesn't look stretched. Also the positioning of each graphical element is ensured to be there as planned - regardless if landscape or portrait.

As this is a local thing, the 2 PNG's are stored local,…

  7. Stream video to tv but keep sound on phone

It would be nice if we could send only the video to a device like a chromecast but keep the audio on your phone / tablet. This way you can use your headphone so your not disturbing everyone for those late night watch :)
