The new layout is horrible… horrible, horrible, horrible. Please roll back the changes or fix it. If I open the app, I want to see my followed channels, not some random channel. Whoever decided that Twitch is supposed to clone TikTok needs to be fired immediately.

It's so actively bad I uninstalled and found an APK from before this redesign.

With auto play off (and I'm never turning that garbage on), the app by default opens to a dead page with no content. I click a tiny button to see far less information about my followed streams than was shown before. Never updating this again unless it's reverted.

The redesign is awful. It has made finding things I like impossible. Revert to the old design please.

Why on earth would you remove continue watching, are we just supposed to remember where we left off and fast forward to that point, jot down time frames, it’s ludicrous

I don't know how actively the twitch mobile app developers are watching this thread, but since I can't find a bug report area anywhere in the app...

I experienced today my mobile app switching from one channel to another on its own, while I was in chat only mode... Just abruptly I was in a totally different chat. Had I not been looking at it at the moment it would be VERY easy for me to start typing in it and send a message thinking I was in the one I actually joined. I assume it's related to the same bug that causes the streams to randomly change, but I'm worried to allow my twitch app to update anyway because I'm afraid you'll remove the old layout from tablet view, which is currently the only way it's tolerable.

Rip, the deleting and re-installing trick no longer works on iPhone. End of an era

Please reverse this change, I really dislike it automatically starting a stream.

It’s legitimately perplexing how this garbage still hasn’t been reverted and instead they’re just slowly trickling in adding back the dozens of pieces of useful functionality they unceremoniously deleted for no reason. Absolutely baffling and an indictment of the company that no one was publicly fired over this decision.

I agree, the new changes make it more difficult to navigate to and watch streams from channels I already follow. I understand wanting to follow the trend set by Tiktok….. but if I wanted a Tiktok style feed I would be on the Tiktok app not the Twitch app!! I much preferred having a static landing page that provided more information, not less.

I've heard Frosty is a decent app if you just want to watch the streamers you follow and chat using third party emotes

There might actually be hope. Just give users the choice of which page they want to see. The users who actually want to see the feed will default to that if they want, and the rest of us will default to a page of who we follow that we can sort, show a thumbnail or even preview, category, and title. NOT in feed format

Awful ui design and horrible social media feed, why make it so the youtube app is now better and more pleasant to use than twitch.

Cancelling my sub after this latest layout update. Will resub if ever reverted at least to the most previous version.

I'm cancelling all my paid subs. Twitch's asinine refusal to even acknowledge the problems with the new design show that they aren't going to fix it.

I watch twitch on mobile - frequently on VOD - and at this point I find myself dreading the experience. I'm not paying for something that sucks this bad, especially when the company so clearly shows us they don't care.
