Revert the twitch app update for xbox series
Change the app back to how it use to be on xbox series. It updated and it's horrible. Had to relog in. You have to scan a qr code to chat which is ridiculous. The categories are randomly scattered and in no order which you can't change. Categories and streams are surround by a blinding white box now and everything seems jumbled together. I swear a room full of 3 year Olds designed this new layout. NOTHING about it is better.

Please let me continue watching VODS on the Xbox twitch app. I’m a twitch turbo subscriber so that I can enjoy vods whenever I want and now the Xbox app doesn’t have continue watching where I left off. Please fix this so that I can enjoy vods again. And let us choose vods more than 14 days old please.

This is pathetic. How in the world was this ever signed off on. Only thing that makes sense is Amazon wants to pull away from apps on consoles for when they launch their web streaming only gaming platform.

The new app is a downgrade in every way and I cannot even use the app anymore because I am not able to type in chat, not able to see chat in VODs and not able to continue watching VODs as well. This has to be the worst update for any app I've ever seen, if the goal is to kill the app on console then that is a success, congratulations. Please revert the app or update it to fix all these issues, I use my Xbox Series S to watch twitch all the time and now it is ruined.

Awful update. The communal experience of watching Twitch with chat is the only way I use it. No point whatsoever in me ever using the Xbox app again unless chat returns. What on earth were you thinking here?

Yes, you really need to revert back to the previous version, this is the one on the Nintendo Switch. I can understand how the app on the switch can be downgraded with less features and not run optimally, but the Xbox version was great before updating to the current version. We can no longer chat within the app (have to use a mobile device), the stream settings no longer work (at least for me) can't switch between different resolutions / stream quality, the streams no longer play in the background when browsing (helps show whats live versus what the thumbnail shows), when joining streams that I follow I'll get message prompts about it being a mature stream and then it will take me to another screen where I have to click on another thing to watch the stream (the service should already know that I know and have acknowledged this) and I've seen others complain about how the categories and general live stream browsing is broken and nothing is sorted right. I will say that I like the one feature of when you're in a stream now, you can see a running "live" timer, but other than that this update should be reverted ASAP

The Newest Version of the Xbox app [Feb 1 2023] requires me to use my phone only to use chat, burning up my battery and adding to my wifi usage. I use my Xbox for all my Streaming services and I used to be able to type or use emotes (using my keyboard or using the controller) in chat. I shouldn't need 2 devices to use Twitch for Xbox.

The new UI is some of the worst I have ever seen, like it's not even controller friendly because I'm having such an issue just trying to get to my favorite streamer, I press the Chat button and scam the QR then it kicks me out of the stream, I have to use my phone to chat no thanks I already use it well streaming I don't want to use it to talk to my favorite steamer also, It slow, laggy, and just a pain to use in general...
I'm fine with the Xbox streaming moving, I been using it before they forced me to use it but it was nice to have the option.
I rate this new update 0/10 because it's that bad.

This user interface is terrible. I don't even have my recently watched anymore. There is so many more steps to getting to my streams for no reason. Recent broadcasts suddenly has a lot less videos available. Please take this back. It's really unpleasant.

Two massive issues:
1. I listen to twitch via earbuds in my wireless controller. With the new update, the controller turns off after every 15 minutes because Xbox doesn't recognize that it's being used for audio. This is a mistake with the development of the app and was not an issue with the old app.
2. The inability to chat on Xbox is a huge hassle. What's the point of subscribing to channels if you can't use the emotes on the app? I just want to be able to chat and interact again. PLEASE fix ASAP
Oh and
3. There seems to be a bigger delay than ever. I'm seeing chat react to things before they happen... -

The recent change to the Xbox/PS app is ******* horrible. The stream delay increased like tenfold and REMOVING features (especially something as essential as chatting) is inexcusable. The app is now UTTERLLY UNUSABLE because of the MASSIVE delay. I would rather watch my streams on a ******* 1"x1" screen instead of my TV than use this ****.
