Set & preserve video quality on console where available
The app doesn't have the ability to set the video quality, it just uses the auto feature like on mobile. This seems to cause the stream to constantly change quality. Adding a stream quality option would improve the app immensely. Also, when in fullscreen mode, the video doesn't scale correctly to my TV. I know I have the resolution and screen bounding set correctly because it works for other apps, as well as games. I would like to be able to have the full screen mode use the bounds that can be set in the PS4 settings.

The app needs the ability to set the video quality. This is an easy fix which would greatly improve the experience for many users. Even with high speed internet, it is impossible to see a "stable" screen. Right now, my application is swapping through 2-4 settings, constantly making the screen load or change. It is extremely frustrating.

Please spend a couple of dev hours on this... at least allow for manual quality settings

Just the other day, I saw one broadcaster on PS4 get frustrated saying he couldn't play Madden with the screen shrunk as it showed the chat so he hid it & basically said "Sorry chat room peeps but I just can't see well enough to play the game with the chat room on screen but I'll make a note to myself to periodically check for activity"
The XB1 app is much the same way (Only you don't see the chat box as a viewer). As for solving the problem on the PS4 I would have NO clue (Perhaps someone with expertise in this console could chime in here ?? )
