Yes please! I mod for a lot of channels and this is useful for me to know who I mod for!! As well as keep a list across the channels for blocked and suspicious users

I find this very useful for checking where I've got a sword so I can update the blocklist of keywords that spambots use across twitch and try keep ahead of it. I support this idea!

seeing as feb 2023 will kill https://modlookup.3v.fi/ due to sweeping API changes, HOW this isn't already a thing just shows more and more why twitch just doesn't care about the future of its own platform.

+1 any tool at all that is aimed at making the moderator's job easier will find it useful to be able to have a reliable way of determining where a given user has moderator access.

Definitely think an endpoint should be released, as 3v said, so automated onboarding can continue without issue for communities that focus on moderators.

+1 Please, it would be so immensely helpful, especially for places like mod station, and 3rd party APIs that check a person's mod privilege.

Twitch just announced today that they are planning to make follower / follow lists moderator+ only. The endpoint proposed here would allow tools to offer users a list of channels from which they can view the follower / follow lists.

3v's tool is both important for research, and for the users looking up themselves and verifying others claims. But there are also a range of innovations that this endpoint could bring. For example, imagine if Chatterino could automatically open all the streams you mod for that are online? Or Nightbot could make it easier for mods to manage their streamer's profiles. Please consider building this endpoint before Jan 2023 so there's no blackout of 3v's and other's tools.

I used to work around the lack of this by using IRC commands. With them going away in February this becomes entirely impossible. I'm hoping this could be added before the end of the year so our community for verified moderators can keep automated onboarding.

This would be a simple way to check if a user is a moderator of a channel outside of IRC as well.
I want to allow moderators to do something without bothering the streamer, (been asked a few times for this) but there is no way for me to check someone is a moderator with only the potential moderator's token.
