As mentioned earlier today on the TwitchDev Standard Output broadcast, we are moving this suggestion to "planned." We appreciate everyone's patience with this one. Although it sounds simple and we see the value, there were a number of underlying complexities to consider before we had confidence in a path forward and providing a response. We will provide another update when the endpoint is available for testing.

This would be a simple way to check if a user is a moderator of a channel outside of IRC as well.
I want to allow moderators to do something without bothering the streamer, (been asked a few times for this) but there is no way for me to check someone is a moderator with only the potential moderator's token.

a note for two things that came to mind with this, (wither useful tools, or bad practices, I leave to the reader).
The first is the ability to use the list of follows by the bot as a way to see what channels the bot is supposed to be in (or at least as a way to compare with the back end's list).
The second is for streamers to use the list of follows to see if a bot is a "good bot" or not.DeefDragon supported this idea ·

Rewind: The rewind button is useful, but it should really would better be a seamless timeline into the vod/back to live. The biggest problem is that after jumping back, you start missing the NEXT two minutes of stream. I would suggest a way to catch up to live directly via speeding up the video would be vital to this making sense.
There *are* valid concerns with accidentally revealing sensitive information, but I believe this is a *rare enough* occurrence that much extra work beyond the already existing "kill the stream and remove the VOD" is unnecessary. Potentially a stream by stream disable (IE if you disable vods for a stream), but definitely not disabled by default.
Potentially a button to "strike the last N minutes from the vod" instead of removing it completely would be a good addition regardless of the implementation of the rewind button.
Remind Me: I am unaware of many streamers with a schedule who change it to where the remind me is super useful, however, I do think its useful enough to get reminded before start instead of waiting for the notification, which can be delayed due to the pure number of notifications being sent.
