I am a moderator of a Twitch channel which regularly has more than 1000 spectators. When we want to convey a message to viewers, it is often difficult to read...
I propose to add a new feature to moderators so that they can display a visible banner of all (as, for example, that of bits donations).

Hi ************* - I agree that it might be hard to convey a message through a fast-pace chat, if your suggestion does not get implicated, you could always try using /emote only, /clear and your moderator ability to spam.
Usually if you change the room to emotes only, the chat will slow down considerably - While it's slowed down, you can spam your message 4-5 times in quick succession, and everyone will see it. You can use /clear to further clear the chat up for you. I hope this helps in the future.
