This endpoint has moved from open beta to general availability!

Doesn’t seem like this has been announced here, but there is now an endpoint for this in "beta": https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference/#get-moderated-channels

It's not perfect, but my current workaround to check if a given token is moderator on a given channel is to use the Get Chat Settings end point ( https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference/#get-chat-settings ) and pass the token's user ID to the moderator_id parameter -- if the response includes the user's id in the moderator_id field, they are a moderator in the channel.
Combine this with the Get Followed Channels ( https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference/#get-followed-channels ) and you can kind of get a list of channels they're moderator in.
Not ideal, performance-wise, and it doesn't cover edge cases where the user isn't following a channel they're modded in, but it's what I have, for now.

Would be very useful, especially for moderating purposes. A user was harrassing me and mentioned another stream which was harrassing me before he got banned in the channel i moderate. I need a way to check if that user is a follower of that channel.
That would also allow useful tools like commanderroots bot suspection to work again -

It would be awesome if we could check when a user started modding a channel and when they stopped.

Really hope this gets published soon as its super annoying to require a broadcaster token for every channel, to check whether the bot might be a moderator or not, and would be such a hassle to do all this to then have to get a negative result in most channels. Would be so much easier to just have the list of channels that my bot mods for, ready to go, to check against before performing mod-only actions.

echoing @gnomor0sa comment. "user moderated" or "user unmoderated" as events would be nice, especially outside of needing Streamer token.

I just checked and it looks like https://www.twitch.tv/moderator has been updated to show all channels that you mod for! I had some others check and they got the same results. Thanks to whomever got this setup. This looks like we are moving closer to having the original request!

Thanks for the update / consideration!
since there is underlying complexity, would a potential interim solution be the https://www.twitch.tv/moderator listing both live / offline channels for an individual? Meaning the logged in person can see all the channels they are a mod for?
Currently it only lists live channels, and I think only up to 3 live channels.

Completely agree with every aspect of this.

I have to admit it's a little disheartening that this feature hasn't seen actual interest from the team.
Instead frivolous things like "Extend Clips API to provide the MP4 url so editors can automate downloads" and "Allow channel moderators to control polls/predictions over the API" see less votes and have been up for less time, but are actively being considered/worked on...

Due to Twitch's recent API Updates a 3rd party site that provided a list of Moderation channels per username can no longer provide the amazing service it was.
There is a need to be able to look up the channels someone mods for such as being able to confirm a references list for Mod Applications. It is also a super huge need in order to find out where we have personally been modded since sometimes we get given moderation access without being told and so we can't help if we don't know.
Since Twitch has been offering sword data in the yearly recaps, I am hoping that this means that we can expect a way to confirm the swords someone has is being developed inside of the platform.

Please add this feature 💙
Beeing able to ask "Where is User X Moderator" or "Where Is User X a VIP", we could use the information to evaluate an account besides only "Get User X", "Which followers has User X" and "Who is User X following" -
