I want the ability to opt out of any government ads on my channel. Even aside from the fact that I am staunchly opposed to ICE and believe they are a harmful terrorist organization, I do not want my channel to be a place where governments take advantage of my user's time and good will. Government ads have no place in my channel nor on twitch.

I'm with everyone on the ad opt out. Streamers should be allowed to pick and choose which ad can and cannot be run. Especially if there are ads that break ToS such as the fake mobile ads and political ads that are especially bigoted towards marginalized groups.

Hate Speech in any form such as support for ICE is bad.

I refuse to have any racist and bigoted commercials being watched or seen on my channel or anywhere on this site. I will use ad blockers until you get rid of this travesty you have caused

Platforming an organisation demonstrably enacting and enabling terrorism, real and stochastic, against vulnerable minority members of society is a low-blow move. This streaming service is effectively picking the side of the oppressor by willfully making monetary gains from such a wicked, corrupt and downright terrorist organisation.

The users of your service are largely anti-ICE - metrics will almost guarantee that. They cannot selectively play advertisements to gain as revenue from, and they are incredibly against receiving ad revenue as a result of unwittingly having an advertisement for a corrupt terrorist organisation on their channels.

Give us more freedoms in choosing what advertisements can play on our respective channels. AND DO NOT TAKE ICE'S MONEY. Do not take the side of terrorists.

What happened to bleed purple and having an inclusive community? ICE ads are utterly despicable and have no place on Twitch. History will remember corporations that normalize a fascist govt.

You let advertisers opt out of certain content types when they buy ads, let streamers opt out of certain ad types.

Not being able to opt out of these ads (and allowing these ads on the platform at all) is a huge issue. I do not want ads for ICE, or any other military or government promotions, anywhere near me or my content. Neither do my viewers! They do not want this! Another very real consequence of allowing these ads is that people will leave Twitch. They will stop watching. If viewers inform me that these ads are being run on my stream, I may consider not streaming on Twitch anymore, either.

Additionally, you've added a label for politics to streams so viewers can avoid the topic if they desire. Why, then, should they still be forced to see these ads? Why should we be forced to run them?

Yeah no....This is a terrible idea.
We got enough issues as is, and for a lot of us, Twitch is an escape from that BS. We don't need that stuff here as well.

Yeah, no, either this gets resolved or I find another platform that won't sell out to ******* Nazis. In the meantime, I will be telling my regulars to use ad blockers.

Until this is resolved and we do not have these disgusting ads on the platform, I shall be telling people who come to my stream to use and blockers.

My audience is free to use a block until Twitch renounces these ads and takes them down

Streamers should be allowed to opt-out of any ads at any time for any reason. Preferably, these sorts of ads would not run on Twitch at all. It's frustrating that Twitch runs ads on their platform that would be against their own ToS or require specific channel settings.

If advertisers can opt out of being shown on certain streams I should be able to opt out of particular advertisers' content being served to my viewers, especially when it is one that directly glorifies violence like ICE. I'm already getting threats that viewers will go away if they see a single one of these ads. For the sake of your platform, allow us to opt out of this political content.

Streamers should be allowed to fully opt out of any political ads, period. Furthermore, Twitch shouldn't run these ads on ANY channel, as ICE operates as a fascist secret police. They are not an ordinary organization -- they are the bad guys.

I think we should be able to opt-out of any ads that fall under recruitment for ICE / Military / Government. In general I would prefer to also not have anything political running on my channel unless I opted-in for it. So please listen to your streamers and give us some kind of option to curate our ads on our channels.
