If you implement AI scraping or training that is not opt-in by default, I will take my community and go. I will take the dozen or two subscriptions I have on your platform and invest them elsewhere. I do not consent to having any of my artistic works, my voice, my character, or my stream used to fuel such a worthless technology as Generative "AI". The writing is on the wall for this technology and any potential gains are merely speculative. YouTube Shorts is dead. It is a wasteland full of slop. Do not deign to turn Twitch into the same. Do us all a favor and avoid the reputational freefall that will happen if you implemented such integrations.

If y'all are going to have us tag our streams with content labels that allow for advertisers to choose not to run their ads on our channels, let us choose amongst the advertisers who remain what will run on our ad breaks. At the very least let us blacklist products or advertisers from being served to our communities. It's incredibly disingenuous to say you support diversity and inclusion when a channel for a persecuted minority is forced to serve ads that fuel products that directly attack that minority or fund its destruction.

This feature is wanted by NO ONE who is creating on your platform. If you implement this, your business will suffer. I do not want my voice scraped by AI and if you make us have to consent to this in your TOS down the line you will see a mass exodus of creators. This is the first step down a road that will end your platform. This tool is not useful and the environmental cost and the damage to your reputation amongst the creators keeping your platform relevant alone should be enough to dissuade you from this path.

The use of generated imagery, especially to represent the category of people actively making art on this platform is entirely out of touch. This is the sort of movement that will further incentivize creators to leave this platform for alternatives like Picarto. Stop this. The art community in Twitch is overwhelmingly against the use of GenAI imagery, and this sends a message that the platform itself doesn't want to value the work of those very artists. Do better.

Remove the language about LGBTQIA+ topics entirely. This new "response" completely sweeps our concerns under the rug. You are providing a system where it will be entirely subjective whether my streams get demonetized for me speaking to my lived experience as a queer person. If my rights are actively being taken away and I do anything to state my displeasure at those trying to actively harm me, under your new rules, someone could report my stream as being controversial. You are opening up queer streamers to mass reporting over speaking about lived experiences, reports which you will have to comb through while putting the revenue of queer creators on hold. You are normalizing a notion that advocating for your own rights is controversial, which is a disgusting take. I do not trust your moderation team to comb through and distinguish actually controversial content and what has rubbed a mass-reporting troll the wrong way. Remove these bullet points. While it is clear you are responding to recent pressures from the statements of a few creators of the platform, this response will only harm your business and my community. I have spent thousands of dollars on Amazon, hundreds on Twitch, and am fully prepared to pull my business from every branch of your enterprise. This ends now.
This is appalling and I will take the hundreds I spend each month supporting friends with subs directly to their bank accounts instead and skip you, you absolutely useless middle men. Fix this immediately.
