How is this still not a thing? Same with the "Not Interested" button on it.

@Twitch How the **** are you still ignoring this so many years in, with so many people asking for this? ******* corporate c****.

Any update?

Please give an option to remove the "featured tab" from the dashboard. Or at least an option to have it muted by default.

Would very much appreciate this :)

I also do not like auto play for the same reason suddenly hearing screaming on the front page makes me want to avoid twitch altogther

Really wish I could disable twitch front page recommendations or at least be able to click not interested so twitch knows what i want on my front page.

Please enable the option to not autoplay video and/or audio on the homepage. I'm tired of video playing when I go to the homepage, especially from people I don't follow.

it drives me nuts, I do not care about random popular streamers. I want to watch the streamers I follow!!!

I'm using firefox blocking autoplay of both audio and video as a per site setting. not sure if Chrome based browsers have the same feature. and app users can't do anything about it.

Twitch staff is obviously having a great laugh at their users' expense. They know very well that we don't want the carousel, but they purposely continue to evolve it to be ever more intrusive.

It's always incredibly frustrating when any website starts playing a video the user didn't ask for, and even worse when there's no way to stop it. Please stop.

Edit: Oh my god it's worse, muting the random autoplayed channel KEEPS the page muted after you click the channel you actually want to watch? Why??

5 years and it's still there. Twich doesn't give two shts about user experience.

bro i keep getting asmr nasty on my front page now, great job twitch, u got the *****

So much this. Meanwhile, people using Firefox can revoke autoplay permission to Twitch.tv and use AdBlock/uBlock Origin to get rid of the carousel.

Yes please! This is so annoying ... and the channels are never something that I'd watch myself, it's totally unrelated. Recommended channels and "X's viewers also watch" are what is useful
