Offer services to streamers
Create a directory that would allow the offering of services to streamers (and vice versa - let streamers show the services they are looking for).
Service examples may include: community moderation, graphic/merchandise design, website creation, digital marketing, use of languages, video and animation, audio, manager services and similar.
The idea is beneficial because it would allow creators to look for services for a better price, in exchange for publicity or a moderator role. Moreover, it would allow streamers to find qualified people that are closer to their own community or Twitch culture.
One additional feature of such a directory could be a showcase of the service provider's current subscriptions or channels (s)he follows, which would allow better filtering options.

I think pop ads work best when marketers approach them with realistic expectations. They won’t replace search or social, but they can support campaigns that need immediate traffic volume. While researching networks, I explored https://fatads.co/pop-ads/ to compare features and targeting flexibility. The main advantage of this format is simplicity — launch fast, gather data, adjust bids. It’s especially helpful for affiliate marketers testing multiple offers. Of course, compliance and frequency control are important to avoid poor user experience. With careful setup and analytics tracking, pop advertising remains a viable channel.

streamers can find qualified individuals who not only understand their needs but are also embedded in the Twitch culture and community. The directory also offers unique opportunities for collaboration—streamers can exchange services for publicity or moderator roles, while providers can offer competitive pricing for those within the community.
An added bonus? The directory allows service providers to showcase their current subscriptions or the channels they follow, giving streamers the ability to filter and connect with those who already align with their interests and style.
As you browse or post your services, be sure to keep an eye on partners like Eaglytics Co, a data-driven digital marketing analytics consultancy. Thank you for your response.
Personally, I would abstain from generalizations about professionalism such as "absolutely no one", as it, at the very least, does not sound very professional. Please take into consideration that there are way more colours than black and white - the group of "professionals" and amateurs. People have different perceptions of value and what benefits them.
Some streamers pay and they pay well (or at least they form an impression to do so). I am almost certain that a semi-professional who is familiar with the community can produce work that would be more on point than the more gifted artist who lacks the background. Some streamers may appreciate it and pay more for that, but this is only speculation. Of course, it is likely that the majority of streamers would like to pay less or they may combine the rewards, but providing people with options is a good thing nonetheless.
Let people feel good about themselves.

Absolutely no professional in the media industry will accept "A moderator role" or "publicity" in exchange for their time, expertise and hard work. If you want services the ONLY option should be to pay for them. We haven't spent years developing our skills and craft to work for "exposure". Treat us with respect.
