Translator
To the Twitch Support Team,
I would like to suggest an important feature that could significantly improve the platform and increase global user engagement.
Please consider adding built-in translation features for Twitch, including:
Live video translation / subtitles (CC)
- Automatic closed captions for streams
- Real-time translation of spoken language into subtitlesChat translation
- Option for viewers to translate chat messages into their preferred language
- Ability to toggle original and translated text
This would make Twitch much more accessible to international audiences and help streamers grow global communities more easily. It would also improve viewer interaction across different languages and increase overall platform usage.
Many users around the world cannot fully engage with streams due to language barriers, and this feature would solve that problem directly.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope you will forward this suggestion to your product development team.
