My idea is being able to upload images to twitch chat, these images can be sent using the /image command where you can either put a hyperlink or upload the image straight to twitch. Streamers can decide who can post images in their chat with the streamer themself and the lead mods always being able to send images and can also decide the permissions for it, mods can upload images if it is enabled and have to moderate any other images being send from others, other roles who can send images if enabled in descending order are vips, subscribers/turbo users, special role streamers/mods can assign to chatters who are trustworthy enough to send images, special bit redeem like gigantify emote.

the image can take up the size of 1 gigantify emote in height and maximum of 2 in width and enlarged to as close to full size as possible when clicked on (taking up maximum of 80% screen on pc, enlargening/zooming in further when clicked on and minimized back to what when clicked on the darkened background outside the image, for mobile about the same but can take up the whole screen and closed by an x in the top right)

This can be used by streamers who want to put promotional material for sponsors or other useful things in chat and be able to pin it, to for example share a bingo card or other challenges they are doing for games on stream, or just as a random image to set the mood. This can also be used by trusted members of the stream to share useful, funny or wholesome images instead of having to send a sketchy link that might be harmful if clicked on.

And finally these images should be automatically verified by twitch before they get sent by for example an AI that determines whether the image is SFW and appropriate based on automod settings. Any images that get through verification should first be re-verified by streamer or mods before it gets sent in chat.
