a way to save/send clips like gifs
A place for people to store clips like emotes, or gifs on discord, but instead clips of the user they are watching that they can easily store, organize and send to the chat theyre in, that they can click and a link to it in chat shows up for the streamer to decide to click on it if they want, or if theres something they want to share with other chat members, or if they use it to share important info/news and a way to easily access and resend the link to the clip for people. say a streamer is joking around and says send proof, and someone has a clip saved ready to joke around back with them, not really sure how some store/ save it now, but it would encourage people making/sharing/using clips
