Stop discriminating against users for the phone service they choose.
Twitch has disabled me from using Whispers. Twitch will not send a SMS verification code to either of my two phones. I choose my phone services because of affordability. Twitch believes because I live on a budget I deserve to be banned from using Whispers. I am now forced to ignore friends in community chats who whisper me.

+1 to this. I could afford another service with another number - but I've had this number for like 13 years because it is very funny, why should I give that up?

Just wait until they ban you from chatting completely without cell phone verification - hit me yesterday. https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310201-chat/suggestions/45270061-verified-only-chat-site-wide
