The Chat Highlight banner hides message content until the user scrolls down, or another message pushes it up
When a user that has a chat highlight (Returning Chatter, Suspicious User etc) the message content will be pushed slightly off screen, hidden beneath the "Send a message" box in Mod view. This means that mods have to either manually scroll down the chat to see the message, or wait for another chat message to push it up.
This is particularly an issue if, for example, a suspicious or monitored user says something undesirable that we might miss for longer than we would like to.
It seems that the height of the chat highlight banner is not factored into the message height offset when the message is added to the bottom of the window.
To reproduce, view the Moderator view of a stream in the Firefox browser (I haven't tried other browsers) version 121.0 (64-bit). Have a highlighted user send messages when the chatbox is full of other user messages, meaning a new message being added would require the chat to auto scroll up, or for the user to manually scroll down.
