remove prediction chat event prompt for users in regions that do not have access to predictions
remove it from the fullscreen... im in a country that doesnt even allow predictions and still it pollutes my screen. vibes are off

You can disable them in your chat settings or ignore the prompts (they disappear in 15 seconds). Thanks.
