Allow Bits to be used to purchase Hype Chats
I personally think it would be a good idea to allow Hype Chats to be purchased using Bits instead of local currencies.
It would allow users to better support streamers, compared to the 70/30 split that is currently offered by Hype Chat, since 100% of the Bits used currently goes directly to the streamer.
Additionally, it would further incentivize the purchase of Bits since it creates additional usage for them.

Really just general interoperability with bits and hype chats. Like if you could unlock bits emotes via hype chats I think that would encourage a lot more people to actually put good emotes in the bits slots lol
I just throw my worst stuff there right now because of how rarely they get unlocked but if there were multiple paths to unlock I get the feeling more people would strive to unlock them.
