To be clear so that this isn't closed down again, I do not mean first time chatters ever, I realise that that is available. I mean first time in that live event.

Agreed. I like to say hello the first time someone chats in a stream, and sometimes their first chat isn't "hi" or similar, and I don't always realise they have only just joined the stream.
